Went in for a puncture repair, met by friendly, knowledgeable staff, provided time that car would be ready, met expectations. Very good service and won’t hesitate to return.

Protyre on line booking highly recommended
This is the 5th time i have used Protyre's Matlock, Derbyshire branch. The online prices are good and the booking process is very user friendly. The staff are always helpful which adds to a first rate experience all round.

Safety with great value
The service they gave was outstanding which makes this team at Matlock one to give 5stars. They sorted out a more suitable set of tyres for my caravan towing needs kept within my budget still using a top brand of tyre. Drive with safety in mind I recommend them 100%

Two time in a row failed
Two time in a row failed to get the tyres in that I ordered, so needing to come back. Wasting 40 mins of travel time each time. First time a couple of months ago I called and spoke to someone- fail. This week ordered on line and “system didn’t work” ordering them the tyres

Great service.
Tom and the team did a super job for me and my catastrophic flat tyre! I had to leave my car, unannounced, on the forecourt overnight. I rang them as soon as they were open the next morning and I was back on the road within an hour or so. Was given great advice regarding a new tyre and love my new All Weather tyres, perfect timing for the snow! Thank you.

Excellent service this morning
Excellent service this morning. Fast, efficient and not too expensive. Checked pressures and tread in all tyres after a puncture and fitted 2 new front tyres immediately. The whole job took less than 30 minutes.

Had my winter tyres put on today. Great to be able to book an appointment. Staff friendly and personable. Job sorted on time. Decent price for job.
Have been using Selecta/Pro tyre at Matlock for 10yrs,and will continue to do so. 👍
