Prunarbo PR-E50 + Extension Pole set
For anyone contemplating purchasing an electric pruner I can recommend Prunarbo having recently ordered a Prunarbo PR-E50 + Extension Pole set direct from Prunarbo. Delivery was made within 4 days, in accordance with email advice from Aya / Prunarbo Tool who, I may say, has been exemplary in keeping me informed on the progress of my order.
On receiving the (well packaged!) delivery and, following (clear!) instructions within the manual, both batteries were put on charge, a process completed within 6 hours. I took the opportunity to prune a wisteria that was getting out of control. It not only had no issues cutting through 1¾” branches but also the fine runners which needed cutting back. The additional height using the pole extension avoided my having to use a ladder, another advantage of the set.
The quality of the electric pruner and the extension pole are quite obvious and the ability to restrict the 50mm cutting width is another advantage. There are a number of differences between the PR-E40 and the PR-E50 which include not only the cutting width (The PR-E40 is between 40mm and 25mm : the PR-E50 is between 50mm and 30mm) but also the battery capacity (2Ah compared to 4Ah) and rated power (400w compared to 600w)).
For anyone looking for a quality electric pruner – with the advantage of also having a pole extension – I would highly recommend Prunarbo. Remember to follow the safety advice which includes keeping fingers out of the way of the cutting blade!
