Dispatch was fast but unfortunately…
Dispatch was fast but unfortunately despite even another customer mentioning how bad UPS is, they still use it 8 months later. Lo and behold - I’m still waiting for my parcel which just keeps getting “delayed”, and I’ve spent two days waiting in all day for this parcel - as UPS doesn’t provide delivery windows like most other couriers do. Instead, I have to wait in all day long only to be told at 7pm that the delivery is “delayed” for no reason. Waited in again all day for a second day running and it’s STILL not here. UPS support have no idea what is going on.
No apology, nothing.
I would give more stars but the fact the business continues to use this unprofessional courier despite customer complaints boggles the mind

There was no problem with the buying…
There was no problem with the buying and the site or the comms with Psoriasis Care and after the first email was told once its posted its out of our hands, but I cannot give five stars due to their chosen delivery company UPS which totally failed several times and eventually left the parcel (nearly £1000) outside my front door on the street, it took 10 days to do this. I will now never order anything from any company using UPS as their delivery option.
