I've used Pure E-Liquids for a while and generally had positive experiences, with good customer service, especially during past issues. While there was a packing error, it was quickly resolved by their helpful team. The products often meet expectations, and the ordering process tends to be smooth. However, there have been occasional hiccups, and the overall experience is decent, but not flawless. They're a reliable option for vaping needs, though some improvements could be made. Been using Pure eliquids for a few years now. Had an issue with a product I bought at the beginning. The help and service I received then convinced me to to keep using them. That was quite a few years ago and I have never had a complaint since. Would recommend to anyone for their vaping needs. Thanks

I ordered 4 box’s of elf bar pods and not recieved

Only only gripe is one of the products - the XEO. Had to replace this a few times as the charging connection bit breaks quite often. The company offered to replace it if i sent back, which is good but the product there is IMO not great for lasting.

I ordered a SMOK kit, 5 coils and Nicotine free liquid. Received all except the 5 coils. Contacted Pure E-Liquids about this, also asked them if they did a lower coil ohm, they advised they didn't so asked for a refund of the coils not received. The response from Pure E-Liquids is to return these coils to qualify for a refund??

Am really disappointed as I've bought my 100%vg e liquid here for 3years, but now when I tried to order it no longer posts to Ireland,post Brexit.Excellent product .

I made an online purchase from this company, after placing the order didn’t receive any sort of confirmation that order has been placed firstly and then no delivery status.... after 4 days hadn’t received item so I got in touch with the company asking them what is happening with my order? They never replied back, however when I opened up a case with PayPal, then they decided to communicate.... upon communication they said item was delivered and signed for? Item wasn’t received and certainly wasn’t signed by me??!!
WASTE OF TIME! Don’t bother! Wont recommend this company and wont buy again!
