Dafür wurde per PayPal 39,95€ abgebucht und weitere Lieferungen „aus Kulanz“ storniert.

Die angebliche Transparents kann ich nicht bestätigen.

Good experience overall. Shipping was on time and bottle was sealed. Magnesium capsules are a little bigger than I expected but still fine to takes sleep is improved after a few weeks.

Shady company.
I placed my order and paid.
A minute later they cancelled my order saying I requested to cancel it when I did not.
Now I lost the use of my coupon code (10% off) because when I try to place the order again with the coupon code it says I already used it.

It's like they cancelled my order because they didn't want me to get savings with the coupon code and then rejected my order and now if I try to order again with the code, it's no longer valid code.

Scammy!

Great supplements in reasonable prices.
Notice that Majority of negative reviews is only regarding service or lost items NOT actual quality of the brand.

ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND IM STILL HEARING EXUSES - THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $8000

I have been ripped off by this company twice. Once I purchased a larger bottle and it got lost in the mail, instead of replacing it with the appropriate size I paid for they sent me the smallest size.

Foolish me tried again with an order of supplements, and when I broke the seal on the bottle it wasn’t even half way full. I paid nearly $30 for less than 30 pills.
I’ll be switching to vital nutrients and solaray at this point.

Waited almost 3 weeks for a bottle of Vitamin B.... then I was told it was delivered but nothing was in the mailbox. Company says wait a couple days and we'll submit a claim. Fullfilment sucks and the product doesn't arrive. Don't bother using them. I'd be better off just going to the local vitamin shop

Poor and slow customer service. Don't advertise new customers get 15% off and free delivery if this is something you can't honour. I agree with the other reviews dont waste your time, I'll purchase my items elsewhere.

Product quality seems good but be aware if you need to update your address in a subscription. I did it but they still sent my order to the old address... I called them and the woman told me this happens and the best way is to cancel the subscription and do it again, how do I know about it? It is a pain to pay again for shipping, I wish I knew!

Premium products at a premium price. Tried and trusted!

I recently received a major discount on Pure Encapsulations (PE) products from my credit card company, so I shopped for PE supplements for immediate use and also for storage. Considering the high cost of PE supplements a large discount justified my large purchase that I ordered from Pure Encapsulations directly. Out of 9 supplements 5 had only one year expiration dates. When I purchased those same products before from authorized vendors they had at least two year expiration dates. When I contacted PE they informed me that their products are not intended to be stored. So beware if you purchase from the manufacturer directly with a discount code they send items with undisclosed short expiration dates. Their customer support is unsupportive and unconcerned.
