Fast Delivery and Great Coffee
The delivery was very fast and the actions met the states objectives.
One small niggle is that the delivery charge process has changed from the last order made. I ordered enough coffee to meet the minimum for free delivery, then added in a further 10% discount offered. At this point the delivery charge was put back in as a valid charge.
I am sure that previously I was able to add a discount when offered with affecting the free delivery threshold.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order, only to discover that an item has become unavailable after the order has been processed. We appreciate that receiving a credit note several days later may have left you without enough time to source the product elsewhere, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
The stock shortage was the result of an unforeseen surge in demand, driven by the recent spell of exceptionally hot weather, combined with unexpected manufacturing issues affecting one of our suppliers. While these circumstances were outside our control, we fully recognise that we could have communicated the situation more effectively, and for that we are truly sorry.
We work incredibly hard to provide reliable service, carrying over one million items in stock at any given time with next-day delivery available across the vast majority of our range. We are also proud to have been named UK Coffee Company of the Year four years running, an achievement that reflects the level of service we strive to deliver every day. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we fell short of those standards.
We genuinely value your business and would welcome the opportunity to restore your confidence in us. If you decide to give us another chance, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to arrange a goodwill discount on your next order as a gesture of apology.
