I haven’t used a gym for over twenty years, but returning was made much less daunting by the friendly and reassuring welcome and introduction. The joining process was really easy and the gyms have everything that you need, regardless of your fitness level and experience.

We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts.

It's disgusting that me a member gets a parking charge at my own gym .I have appealed this parking charge and smart parking says I've still got to pay . unless PureGym refund me I'm leaving.
PureGym have no phone support or email contact number.

The car park is operated by a third party company in which we do not have any affiliation with. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to cancel such tickets. Information regarding parking is available on the home page of any PureGym which offers parking.
The correct parking procedures must be followed, to avoid a parking ticket. We would always advise that you appeal the fine and explain the circumstances. If you get in touch with Member Services, we can also provide you with an appeal document which will be an official letter from PureGym Head Office, stating that you are a member of PureGym and your attendance log for the date in question, will also be provided as proof to show you were in the gym.
If your appeal is rejected, we would suggest submitting a case with POPLA. POPLA are an independent appeals process which works with the Ombudsman Service. They investigate whether this fine was issued correctly in accordance with the terms and condition of the car park; whilst reviewing evidence provided in the appeal. On the rejection notice, there should be a 10-digit verification code, and you will then be able to submit an appeal with POPLA via their website: http://www.popla.co.uk/poplaappealprocess. Although we cannot guarantee they will cancel the fine, we do hope for a positive outcome. Thanks, PureGym.

I selected the wrong gym location and wouldn’t let me change location however I emailed the support team and they was very quick to respond and help with my issue now I can use the gym I needed without an issue

I need disabled access and was told via my email to contact the manager which I have done and it's been 5 days and still not had a response. I can't use the gym (although I'm paying for it) until I complete the form.

So easy to sign up online… I did want a tour of the gym before I joined and I found that difficult… however, in the end I wasn’t disappointed as the gym is top quality.

The gym is fine but could do with a lick of paint and the male shower & changing areas could do with a complete refurb.

Received 4 parking tickets whilst…
Received 4 parking tickets whilst visiting their site over a four week period. PureGym however relinquish all responsibility and refuse any assistance. Sadly reflects their awful attitude towards customer care.

The car park remains a real issue. It just isn’t big enough for the amount of members at Billericay.

Great gym terrible parking situation
Great gym considering the size the biggest downfall is the parking, I’ve recently received a parking fine from 4 months ago with the cost of £100. You have 10 minutes to enter the registration and you have a maximum of 2 hours otherwise you’ll get a fine and you apparently can’t appeal it even if the tablet isn’t working.

Never pay a PT upfront for sessions if…
Never pay a PT upfront for sessions if the Billericay gym is anything to go by! They will cancel sessions an hour before and agree to pay money back and then when you cannot rearrange will say ‘PT’s don’t have to refund’. Management did nothing to help our daughter with the refund so do not trust any PT at Billericay with advance payments.
