MOST HELPFUL STAFF
i absolulty love this gym due to all the staff being so approchable, friendly and always extremly helpful.
The classes are also excellant and the trainers are always on hand to advise and guide you on your way making sure you are doing the exercise correctly.
I love Kelceys Spin class on a Wed evening and the GLC class with Kelcey on a saturday, since meeting her i have really noticed a difference in her, her confidence has grown and is growing. She is brilliant at what she does and i can see how much she enjoys her job and what she does. Kelcey is just one of the sweetest girls.
Rich and Hadge have also been amazing and really helpful and have gave me their time, advice and support.
I feel really supported at this gym and this makes me want to keep going back and achieving my goals.

Poor experience registering as a gym buddy
Hi. My wife sent me an invitation to be a gym buddy via whatsapp. When I clicked on the link it did not allow me to register, instead saying I should contact member services. How can I solve this?

I found it very friendly and welcoming. the staff were really helpful, and the equipment was just what i needed. i didnt have to wait for anything and everyone around me was friendly.

£37 a Month for 1 gym not 267
The reply below is generic, ive been told i purchased core not us which is rubbish. Note before you huy that you recieve NOTHING that gives you details of what membership you purchased , not in app or on your receipt. Ive replied to the Auto responce emails and i dont have Social Media do i need Social media??Why should I need Social Media to get decent support....
£37 a Month and they've given me access to 1 gym.
I went for the pay up front 3 months in advance it strips everything and charges you £112 no matter which level you chose on the steps prior.
Needed as im traveling the UK.
Waste of money , no answers, no support. ( I have had an emsil reply and i have returned and looked at the purchasing once again. It clearly states that plus membership gives you access to 249 gyms but they would rather deny me gym access and keep 50% of my uofront 3 months payment and shut my membership) I will attempt a few other gyms to get the emails that I have no access then take the emails to the small claims court along with the screen shots.
Literally nobody to communicate with just random emails. I would not recommend any contract unless it's a monthly rolling in your control. I'm expecting the same Automated claptrap reply on here that you get back from any emails sent to customer services

Registration was easy and the app is great the only thing I found was it's way over crowded..it needs to be bigger ..the gym itself is really good..everything you need for a great workout if you can get on the equipment..

A good functional gym
A good functional gym. Some of the equipment is getting old and gym etiquette is poor particularly with users not returning weights and other items to their place

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this. Thanks, PureGym

Payed the £21.99 upfront to a membership they said was going to stay that price and then 2 hours later received another email saying they’re going to take another direct debit payment of £24! Why!

The gym dose the job
The gym dose the job. However knowing the gym has over 6000 members and haven't added or updated kit in a while is a little disappointing. There is plenty amount of space and with 6000 members it needs to improve to maintain these numbers

Great range of equipment. Missed having equipment with individual TV screens, but overcame that with my iPhone and ear pods!
The membership fees are cheaper than anywhere else and the flexibility with the membership means that you don’t have to get financially bound for months on end.

The way the team of this gym treats the clients, the atmosphere created by the team of this gym, their attention to the needs of those around them, their kindness, the equipment and weights nicely placed both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, cleanliness, order and discipline from the gym created and maintained by Mr. GM KIERAN and the whole team. Maybe it's not easy for the Puregym team to arrange everything for us every time either because we customers are messy, I see around me every day, but everyone does as they see fit, I don't judge anyone, I don't judge. . I'm right, but I want to thank the Puregym team and Mr. GM KIERAN for the efforts made behind us customers to arrange everything in their places. We should apologize to the Puregym team and be more tidy😊😔😊😔😊
