Grim! I switched to a different gym
I switched to a different gym due to:
- Poor conditions. Rubbish everywhere, no staff to tidy up/discourage
- Broken equipment. Have visited when up to half of treadmills are not working
- No standards/etiquette. Lack of staff means that guys think it is ok to seat row topless and spray sweat everywhere

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment or cleanliness within your home gym, please notify the Gym Manager directly as soon as you can so this can be investigated further. Jesus Bravo is an exceptional PT at PureGym Manchester Market Street. I once booked a 7:30am core class where I was the only attendee, and he still ran the session—something not all trainers do (I’ve seen other classes cancelled even with two bookings). I've also joined his HYROX sessions, and he's consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and firm when it comes to pushing you during workouts. Truly dedicated and professional

One of the worst gym experiences ever
One of the worst gym experiences ever. Its like entering an airport with the doors that you have to open with your pin and then stand there like an animal in a Zoo. The vending machines wouldn't accept my card so I had to go out and buy water from Aldies across the street. I also tried to get that sportswater but it wouldn't accept my pin because I wasn't a gym+ member, what a f*** joke. Of course everyone in the was unfriendly and depressed, all in all a very grim experience, dystopian almost.

Fab staff and good value for money
The staff are so friendly and very helpful and the price of a membership is great - would definitely recommend this gym.
