No phone service
I just wish there was a telephone service for queries and info. It took me 5 days to find out why my pin was blocked.

Let down by dirty changing rooms. Mostly litter but the changing room and lockers are not looked after.

Staff are amazing
Staff are amazing, equipment is second to none and range of classes is very comprehensive. PT instructor is a must if you want to use the numerous pieces of equipment.

Feel confident now starting and loads of support available in gym. I had a show around with a PT who explained how they are available anytime for questions and to book 121.
