Mostly really good.
My experience at the Shrewsbury gym has been almost entirely positive.
Plenty of equipment (although there could always be more!) and space.
The only downside is that on occasion the changing areas/toilets smell like a genuine biohazard and sometimes it bleeds out onto the gym floor, and can become gag-inducing near to the door.

We would like to assure you that we are working alongside the contracted cleaning team and facilities management, to ensure concerns are addressed in club. It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time) so this can be investigated. Thanks, PureGym.
The gym is simple and does the job
The gym is simple and does the job, but the male showers are not private enough, it dosnt have locks and the doors are glass with a fog affect from the shoulders to the half way of the leg.

Went on the website and signed up which…
Went on the website and signed up which was straight forward to do. Went in to my local gym and started working out straight away. Plenty of choice of free weights or machines. The staff are friendly and the place is always clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend PureGym

Physically went to gym rang Bell for assistance 6 times no-one came did it online bit confusing as said unlimited access then gave me list of times I could access so not true
