Pure Jewels is an award winning jewellery brand in Green Street, east London. We celebrate journeys with real gold and platinum fine jewellery. We are passionately preserving our heritage crafts as artisans and makers since 1950. PureJewels is a specialist in 22ct gold jewellery, platinum, diamonds and coloured gemstones. At PureJewels, we have our own in house workshop and also work directly with artisans for all our intricate and traditional heritage jewellery. At Pure Jewels, we manufacture our platinum and gold engagement rings in house and also provide a bespoke design and 👨🏭 service to our customer’s personal taste.

Excellent Service
I have been buying gold bars from Pure Jewels for around a year now and have always experienced a high level of customer service. I receive regular updates from the minute I order. If the order is out of stock I get informed and have the choice to cancel or wait. Very understanding staff as I have a physical disability and sometimes struggle to communicate on the phone they are very patient and polite with me and this is the main reason I order from Pure Jewels.

What can I say about this company? from the time I rang them and placed the order, the service I received was impeccable, they made sure my items were sent well secured and the date I wanted, beautifully packed.
If you want to place an order with them please do so, for them customers are first, whether you are in the shop, on line, on chat or even on phone, service with a smile and promise is guaranteed.

Very easy to navigate the website, but difficult to choose what to buy amongst the beautiful selection of jewellery available. My niece loved her key pendant - an ideal 18th birthday present. Fantastic communications and speedy delivery. Highly recommended jewellers.

Great customer service - was looking for a specific pendant and the team were really helpful in capturing my vision of what I wanted.
