Avoid these people like the plague and instead get the walls of your property looked at if damp is coming through an outside wall. These people checked my flat and claimed that there was no problem with the walls or anything that the mould was caused by humidity inside the flat. They then treated the flat and I was confident that the problem would be solved. The mould returned in the bathroom very quickly despite me opening the window for long periods of time after showering, ever time, and likewise it returned through the back wall and outside wall in my spare room in a very short space of time, despite drying no laundry in there and having the window cracked. Clearly it's an insulation problem rather than what they claimed, £1000+ down the drain for absolutely nothing

Pure treated our flat's mould problem about a month ago. It seems to have been really effective so far and the claimed 99.78% reduction in spores is very impressive. However they ended up sending us the wrong report and it took longer than it should have to get it resolved, so I wouldn't quite give them 5 stars.

The quoted price was similar to the other quote we got for a traditional treatment, but Pure's method treats the entire property and all the contents for the same price as 1-2 rooms, so that seemed like great value for money.

The treatment was reasonably straightforward and I got regular updates. It seems to have eradicated the mould very thoroughly for at least a month so far, so no complaints there.

However, when they sent us the report, it caused us quite an amount of stress as it talked about lots of expensive repairs and major problems. Gradually we realised we had received a report with text from someone else's property - someone's house, not our flat. Thankfully there was no personal information or photographs involved, but something like this shouldn't be allowed to happen!

In addition, the technician seemed to think we needed a new extractor fan to get the warranty, which we could demonstrate was not necessary.

After replying with our concerns, it took ten days and a chase email to get everything resolved. I am now very happy with the results, and I would use Pure again, but I do think it's worthwhile just to highlight this issue.

Thorough service from Stephen, my sons room had white mould that appeared and he had asthma issues so we needed a good company to help remove and clean his walls. Our whole house was treated and no mess left. Detailed reports and information all the way from start to finish 👌. Amazing job would 100% recommend.

· Pure Maintenance appear to me to be a very professional organisation. Yes, they are quite expensive but I guess you get what your pay for and it's results that matter. Both Steven Mullaney on the sales side and Joe Guymer who conducted the treatment were polite, kept me updated, and really seemed to know what they were doing. I think they have strong expertise in the field and did a great job diagnosing my issues with mould growth in a couple of rooms. The advice they gave seemed very relevant and sensible. I now have some great tips to prevent any problems reoccurring.
I also received some good responses to a couple of questions following the treatment (about recommended dehumidifiers).
The report they provided post treatment is extremely comprehensive. From the lab results of before and after comparisons they certainly seem to have eradicated well over 99% of the mould spores.
I would recommend them.

After an initial telephone conversation with PURE we arranged for two of their employees to visit us. Matthew and Danny arrived as arranged at 8am on Tuesday 16th April. After a full tour of the house they again explained everything about the services whuch they could provide. In particular they explained that, in addition to dealing with the mould in our bedroom they would treat the whole house with an anti-spore application. They explained thatm while that treatment was being applied we would need to vacate the premises, which we did. on our return some five hours later they gave us a full tour and explained exactly what had been done. We were particularly impressed with the way in which thay had eradicated the moul. Throughout their time with us, Matthew and Danny were extremely professional, polite and friendly. We are already experiencing the improved atmosphere in the house in which we have lived for 38 years. We are so pleased with the comprehensive service provided by PURE and would definitely
recommend them to other householders!!

My utility room had quite a lot of mould on the walls and so we called Pure Maintenance as their website was very informative. Within a week, Andy arrived with his colleague to assess the situation. An appointment was set up and Rory, the technician came to do the work. Rory was extremely polite and explained everything that he would be doing. He was very professional and we were delighted with the final result. I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance.

Pure Maintenance visited us earlier in the week and Sam, their technician on the day, was nothing short of brilliant - in every respect. Work in Quality Assurance with both blue chip companies and smaller businesses for almost eight years, means that a Quality service, from beginning to end, gains instant recognition. From the outset, Adam's communication and his provision of comprehensive information were unfailingly excellent - in addition to his handling of the human side. My embarrassment at having to use their service was handled with consummate tact and care to the extent that I felt supported from start to finish. Sam's onsite care was superlative as he went the extra mile in every way, thinking of - and dealing with - areas needing attention that had slipped past us simply through our lack of knowledge. 'Thorough' is an understatement. He worked like a Trojan and left us, at the end, feeling an unexpected degree of unalloyed admiration – and total relief. We would not have the slightest hesitation in recommending the Pure Maintenance service in every way.

Pure Maintenance UK provided a very efficient and professional service to deal with a mould problem due to condensation in a flat. They gave me detailed information about the options for mould treatment and answered the many questions I had. They also gave clear instructions for preparation that was needed prior to the day the treatment would be carried out. The process was carried out by Sam who did who a very thorough job and gave me clear verbal and written instructions on the measures I could take to prevent the condensation issues which had caused the mould problem, including recommending a suitable dehumidifier for the flat. He left a hygrometer (included in the price of the treatment) to record air temperature and relative humidity which stores the data so I can be sure the relative humidity is kept below recommended levels.
Initially, from the air testing done immediately after the treatment, the company wasn't happy with the lab results so came back a few weeks later to carry out a re-test which showed the mould spore levels had dropped, as they had expected, so no additional treatment was needed.
The mould treatment process they provided is quite expensive but I felt much more confident in their assessment and management of the process than I did with other companies I had discussions with and would have no hesitation in recommending Pure Maintenance UK to anyone else with a mould problem in their property.

Professional start to finish. Everything about the treatment was explained in advance upon contacting the company, followed by clear instructions on what to to do pre-treatment and what to expect.
It doesn't come cheap, but well worth the price for good health for you and your family. 40% deposit taken in advance with the rest paid by invoice post-treatment. We received the air quality test results taken pre and post treatment about 10 days later and they're very encouraging and give us a piece of mind.

Danny was fantastic when he came to do our survey. He was informative, friendly and clear about when we’d get the report and also thorough in his testing of the whole house, highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. The young man who came was on time, friendly, professional, and informative. I had the fogging done.
Sadly I couldn’t get the warranty as he assess the whole property and diagnosed penetrating damp…so unless I get that sorted, the mould will come back. But this isn’t a negative thing…in fact it shines a light on their professionalism.
He also gave me loads of advice as to how to keep the mould away. I would have no hesitation to use them again if I needed to.
