Purple Lotus Holistic Gift Shop Opiniones

Fantastic service. Very helpful

Unfortunately the book I bought does not live up to my expectations. I have a Portuguese angel tarot which is nothing like the angel tarot they (the authors) write about. The pentagram cloth, however, is exactly what I wanted. The prompt service was exemplary too

Easy to order and fast delivery.

I received my leather covered journal with Owl motif in incredibly fast time from the moment I ordered. It is absolutely beautiful and my intention is to use it to fill it with posirivity and wisdom. It will be my go to journal where I will write up possitive affirmations and quotes that inspire me. I really love this journal and it will also be a keepsake for me to hold onto.

Very prompt and fast delivery. Love this shop!

Got a present for my mam and she loves it. I love going into the shop staff are so friendly and helpful and the range of stock is amazing

I visited your store recently with my child to look for a few Christmas gifts, and it was not a pleasant experience.
Issues Observed
Pricing: Your products are far too expensive for the average customer.
Staff Conduct: The staff were ignorant and unpleasant. For what should be a holistic shop, the atmosphere felt unprofessional, including audible arguments between employees.
Customer Treatment: My child was followed by a member of staff, which made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable. My child was under my supervision at all times.
Outcome: We left the store because this awful treatment is unacceptable.
Overall Concern
This is not the first time people have complained about these issues. Your shop is not family-friendly, especially towards families with children.
I am very disappointed and concerned about the authenticity of your TripAdvisor reviews, which appear to be fraudulent "bot" reviews.

Super great shop. I always buy from here every time I’m buying a new crystal. It was great that I got my replacement necklace from losing my last one.

Amazing wide range of goods - reasonably priced - speedy delivery
