I paid the $79 because they advertised Zepbound at a discount. They put me in touch with a healthcare provider that said they could get the prescription it would cost between 700 and 1200 a month. Lily pay was $250 a month. As I started asking for a refund, I got these automated responses. The bottom line is I have a healthcare provider and don't have a problem getting the product. It was the fact that they advertise they could provide it at a discount. This whole program is a huge scam. They refused to refund my money do not get sucked in.

This service is horrible, just bate and switch, They say they could provide xyz, after stringing you on for some days through messages, then tell you they can't. Waste your money and time. I definitely won't recommendate this service. I won't even give one star to it.

About 3 years ago I needed a Prescription after getting off a cruise ship totally congested.
I didn't have a primary care Dr. at that time. I contacted Push Health and Dr Brackin and had a Prescription delivered to my Pharmacy in an hour.
I also talked to Dr Brackin about my Blood Pressure.
Again, after a consultation, a Prescription was ready at my pharmacy in less than an hour.
I highly recommend Push Health and Dr. Brackin.

I didn’t have a good experience with this service. I previously had a great experience using an online medical provider for skin issues, so I thought an online consultation for eye symptoms would work similarly. Unfortunately, after providing a long and detailed explanation of my symptoms, the provider responded with only two short lines: asking whether I had discharge and suggesting OTC allergy drops — which I had already tried multiple types of (allergy, dry-eye, redness relief, etc.) without success. The final recommendation was simply to see an in-person doctor.

Paying $70 just to be told to try OTC drops and visit a doctor felt disappointing and not very helpful. In my opinion, it would have been better to spend that money directly on an office visit instead.

Absolute dog and pony show over at push. No urgency, no consideration. They don’t accept insurance either. Don’t make the mistake like me, look elsewhere.

Switched providers on me, then ordered the wrong meds refused to correct anything. No consultation just just charge your card for zero service $99 lost.

They are really great! Professional and efficient. My nurse practitioner Harmony Vance is so knowledgeable and thoughtful she even went the extra mile when the pharmacy fumbled the prescription.

Service was prompt and thorough. Provider obtained medical history before prescribing any medication. Provider ultimately prescribed my meds and sent it to my preferred pharmacy. I am very satisfied.

Unprofessional and very impersonal.my script was ordered on 1/15/26 and I still hadn’t received it by 3/18/26. I sent a message to my provider Patrick Curry, ARNP-BC and his response was “ Call your pharmacy. I sent it months ago. I do not work for the pharmacy.”

Luckily, I did speak with the pharmacy and they didn’t have my updated insurance info and now they are getting it ready. But how unprofessional and honestly quite rude to respond that way.

Please do not use Push Health. They are absolutely horrible and take your money. They will say they will send you a refund and then they will block you do not use them. They absolutely suck. Natalie Baldwin is absolutely horrible, especially her workers.

This was a very easy process. I needed a prescription quickly, and my regular doctor couldn't get me in for an appointment for 3 weeks.
So I signed up on Push Health, submitted all my information online (took 5 minutes), it was verified within a few hours, my diagnosis was verified, and I picked up my prescription about 5 hours after completing everything online.

Very convenient, no hassles. Dr. Black really helped me in a pinch, and I will definitely be back for future medical needs.

I was interested in the weight lose shots and a friend gave me this information. At first things were fine. However the last 2 orders were wrong. They did not prescribe me enough medicine. I emailed the physician I had been working wth and the last time she never got back to me. It has now been over 2 weeks. I guess it is time to find someone else

Great experience. Highly recommended service was fast and easy. Medication shipped fast. Dr. K responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had day or evening.

This is a horrible experience. I found it comical that they give you a prescription for something that you can get over the counter and then the prescription you actually wanted will only be issued after you pay again with ANOTHER provider. It's a money making scheme.
They will drag you by your emotions and nobody cares if you're dying or not.
Look elsewhere because this is not the place for anyone in need.
I did the math and between the ongoing collection of more fees, labs & prescriptions you will end up spending 6 to $700 for mendazole. YOU MIGHT AS WELL GET A FLIGHT TO SOUTH TEXAS AND CROSS THE BORDER and for $15 the pharmacist himself will give you a month's worth of this medication. So it cost less to go on vacation than it does to do business with these people.

I have been seeing Dr. Monika Patel for my scripts. She is always quick to respond and I don’t have any issues.
