PUSHR.io Review – Proceed with Caution

I signed up with PUSHR.io after trying their $10 trial. To ensure proper setup and testing, I invested over $800 in developer time.

After making a nominal credit payment, the payment did not register on my account. I opened a support ticket, which remained unanswered for more than 30 minutes. A reply came after about 45 minutes. When I asked if delayed crediting was standard practice, I was advised to request a refund. To their credit, the refund was processed quickly, but the underlying issue was never addressed.

Since I was already heavily invested in developer costs, I made another payment to move forward. At this point, however, my experience with PUSHR.io leaves me cautious. While their refund process was prompt, the lack of a clear resolution raises concerns about reliability.

Summary: If you’re considering PUSHR.io, proceed with caution. I will update this review if the situation improves or a lasting solution is provided.

2. I made a second payment to PUSHR.io and it was credited in under two minutes.

3. My refund was completed while I was in the process of completing the 2nd payment.

Because of this, I’m updating my review to 5 stars.

Everyone deserves a fair chance, and I think my earlier issue may have just been a matter of weekend timing.

So far, PUSHR.io looks solid, and I’ll continue using their service.

I can only say the best about Pushr Support. I had a stubborn problem with my streaming application, which was found and fixed through precise analysis and a lot of engagement. The support is very competent and, above all, very fast. You don't have to wait days for an answer, as is sometimes the case elsewhere. It also worked very well at the weekend.

Setting up and operating both the CDN and streaming ("go live") is also intuitive and simple. The connection was very good, stable and also flawless in terms of quality.

I can only recommend Pushr. Especially when there's a problem, really good technical support shows what it's worth.

I've been using Pushr on and off when building projects for a few years now and easily their best quality is the top notch support. Every time, without fail, I get a response within hours, if not minutes, and they fix issues quickly. That, along with the fact that their services just get better & better as time goes on while still keeping low prices, Pushr is an easy recommend from me.

Good and fast contact. Helpful support. They've even offered me an individual help with rendering when I asked, which is even not in their offer. So if you need something it's always good to just ask.

The biggest advantage of push CDNs is their meticulous support.
I can not be sure that their subdivided pricing plan is the cheapest in the world, but I am sure there will be no company that offers this service at a reasonable price.
Technology agents are well trained, active in communication, and responsibly job finished.
If you are looking for a CDN that you can trust and use, this review is not a money-back, and I am sure that PUSHR CDN will be a good answer.
