Terrible company my mum did the same thing as the other reviewers and even thou I cancelled them over the phone they have taken 3 X £19.95 out of the bank account really not happy and have tried to contact them again but the telephone number given you do not get an answer from and there online webpage does not even exist

They are terrible. Don’t be conned. They’ve had 41.99 out of my mother in laws account. She thought it was 1.99. Steer clear.

It's a total scam, they phoned me to say I was in the final, asked.me to pay £1.99 for postage 'which I paid" I didn't receive nothing, as far as I am concerned the fraud squad should get involved. THE TV COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE FRAUDSTERS ADVERTISING THIS SCAM.As if they don't have enough money 'they take away all of your dreams and money at the worst time possible.

Avoid like a plaque took £19.95 from my account without my authorisation it a scam ITV should not advertise this on tv it unacceptable

They also state you’ve won loads of lottery tickets and electrical goods but need £1.95 for the p&p.

You sign up to get your prizes. What’s the catch?

You receive the lottery syndicate tickets exactly 2 weeks after the phone call. No electrical goods. You are then subscribed to the syndicate for £19.95 per fortnight…… and if you cancel within the 2 weeks, your syndicate tickets are invalid…..

Complete scam. I wish itv could stop this.

these thieves got my mother to sign up subscription £19.95 every 2WEEKS for this rubbish. when we tried to cancel, the 01433 number given to us by barclycard was not in use. ITS A SCAM BE AWARE

these thieves got my mum to sign up after she rang for some stupid comp on the TV and she paid £1.95 for some puzzle books then when we received the books we looked at the T&C and they charge you a subscription of between £12 and £19.95 every 2WEEKS for this crap. when we tried to cancel, the 01433 number given to my mum to voice any concerns was not in use the 0204 number provided left you in a queue for ages with no one ever answering. finally emailed to cancel and got confirmation but just in case blocked it with mums bank too. people please speak to your elderly parents and tell them not to buy into these things

Stole £20 out of my missus bank account. Theives. Reporting to the bank and ombudsman if they don’t give it back.

This company can improve by stopping this daylight robbery scam NOW ! What the hell are TV companies doing allowing such a low life competition running for months at a high cost to entrants and high return for them. Who are these scumbags.....

Tonight 31/10/22, puzzle play has a word search running with a closure date of 30/10/22 - what a shame

Has anyone actually won a prize? I would love to know...

Scam - charging £3 a minute to call competition line to give hidden word on tv screen puzzle....

Anyone that calls lines like this needs there head examining !
