Ordered a simple waste 90 degree connector on the basis of their online drawing. What they supplied didn't match. Managed to get throough by phone once and was promised a refund, a month ago. All attempts to chase this have been ignored (e-mails and phone calls, none – of which get answered). Steer clear; they're too much aggro!

Ordered some PVC drain pipes and joints, the order arrived with a vital component missing without which I couldn't do the job.
No explanation from the Company in fact just an email stating that the order had been fulfilled, which was not the case.
Emails are ignored and the telephone number is only for show, I tried it hundreds of times.
Ghost Company they take your money but you just cannot get hold of anybody, EVER !

Order turned up quickly but had a broken fitting. Have tried calling no answer. Sent 3 emails no response. Left with an order i cannot use until i get the fitting. Answer your emails . Not great customer service

Terrible company , do NOT use them ever
Shipped my order , it arrived missing 26 gutter brackets , they sent 4 out of the 30 ordered . They never answer their phone or emails , worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with , charlatans !

Ordered guttering for back of house. Thought if this went okay and I could replace it myself ,I would do the front of my house and detached garage at top of garden.
Order arrived minus a £6 72 box of screws that were bought and paid for. Tried to ring no answer, sent email no response after several attempts.
Obviously I would not use this company again even though I need another £300 of guttering. Do companies that offer this sort of service not realize they shoot themselves in the foot and word will get around and ultimately damage their company. All for a box of screws they lost £300 of further business.

Okay during the sales process, but then impossible to get hold of to arrange a return / swap. Tried calling and emailing multiple times.

On the 14th September 2022 I placed a fairly large order to replace the brown square guttering round my house. After placing the order I was dismayed to read some of the trust pilot reviews which worried me. However, on the 15th September I received an e mail confirming that the order was ready for dispatch On the 16th I received an email advising me that the order had been dispatched and I was given the name of the courier and trace number. The order moved from Wales to Basildon and was delivered to my house in Essex in the afternoon. I received a voice mail confirmation from the driver who put everything out of site of the road. That is two days from ordering to receipt. The packing was very good and there was no way these good could have been damaged in transit. I unpacked everything and found the order complete and all items in perfect condition. I would also mention that the prices were very competitive. I could not be more pleased with my choice. Trust these people. They are good.!

Recieved my materials within 5 working days. Tried your phone numbers and email to query expensive del charges but no answers or returned calls or email response. Was charged £16 for package and postage, parcel was stamped with the actual £4.95 charge. Rip off steam well clear won’t be using again!

Received items via DX delivery within the 5 working days as they say. But 3 out of the 4 items (Fascia boards) are damaged.
Tryed calling the phone number on thier webpage and get answer machine. Also email Sales@pvcbuildingproducts with the problems and also attached photos of the damage, and NO email has been received as of yet!!!
