Something clearly went wrong in their order processing system because after receiving an order acknowledgement from the company, they could find no record of the order a week later when I enquired about delivery. Having said that, Katie in their Customer Service Department is doing her best to resolve the issue and has kept me informed about what is happening.

Had to return item under guarantee and order a replacement. Young man I spoke to was very by helpfull and efficient. My new order came within 24hrs. Sorry I did not get this young man's name.

Stop using Fed X as your courier and requiring a signature on delivery, it’s now 2026 !!

Easy to find website and items needed. Items posted straight off and arrived next day. Brilliant. I am sad to see how much the costs have gone up.

Made purchase on 26th November. Item out of stock and still waiting for a refund.

Don't trust this company! Sent out inferior/cheaper product knowing the item I ordered was not in stock (paper hand towels stock code ZFW002N). Item sent was available for about £10 cheaper at Staples. Returned unused. In the meantime I ordered the same product from Trade Store Direct - turns out that they are both in the same group - CGS Direct. Refunds were quickly promised but I had to keep chasing and set deadline to initiate chargeback procedure and possible legal action. Took multiple chases and many weeks to receive the refunds. A member of their staff admitted that they no longer stock the advertised product and had not for a while, also unlikely that they would in the future. As of the date of this review the product is still showing as available on their website.

I have used QBIC Washrooms on a number of occasions and have always found their prices to be competitive with fast delivery. I would recommend.

Had part I needed in stock, ordered and processed within 2 hours. Shipped and received within 2 days. Good service, would recommend using them.

Terrible service. I ordered almost a month ago, received an email confirmation that day and nothing else. I have had to constantly chase the company and still dont know where my order is and have heard absolutely nothing back from the company.

Appalling customer service. Do not trust this company. Pulled every trick to try and not give me a refund and I'm still waiting on my money 2 months later.
