Having enquired before about a car from Quality Cars, Kully remembered me and call to see if I was still in the market for a Skoda Kodiaq. Within 72 hours we had part exchanged my car, for a fantastic price, far far better than we buy were offering, obtained finance, and the Kodiaq was serviced, prepped and validated.

Avoid!!!!
Viewed a van was told needed time just to clean prepare van so left a deposit. Returned to collect van paid for it and went to drive off but oil was leaking. Borrowed a car from them as mine had been part exchanged. Quality Cars assured me it was fixed. Van broke down, my mechanic has told me head gasket had been poorly repaired. Van needs new engine. No customer service unwilling to discuss this or provide a refund even though it was within the 6 month warranty period. No payout from warranty. Left with a van that doesnt work and needs whole new engine!

For clarity, when the van developed an oil leak shortly after collection, we repaired this and provided you with a fully functional courtesy vehicle while the work was carried out. The van has since developed further problems, but this was outside the 6-month warranty period, and an independent inspection (via Scotia) was carried out to assess the cause. That report confirmed the fault was not present or developing at the point of sale.
We understand this is a high-mileage, 10-year-old van, and unfortunately mechanical issues can arise with vehicles of this age and mileage that are unrelated to how they were sold. We appreciate this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, but based on the independent findings we're not able to offer a refund or warranty payout on this occasion.
We're sorry this has been a frustrating experience, and we're happy to talk it through further if that would help.

Purchased a car on which the handbrake failed after a few hours. The following day notified the company via their web chat. Nobody responded until I phoned again.
They refused to repair the fault, refused return of the car and despite the AA used car standards, do not communicate.
They claim the car was sold as seen. It was not, as is proved with their advert. Subsequent to the original fault, stop/start battery showed less than 1 volt and even replacing the battery, the stop/start doesn't work.
They have not complied with the consumer rights legislation and have not complied with the AA agreement. Avoid at all costs.
