Wifi Coverage Dramatically Improved

A Qube engineer visited to help with a Wi-Fi optimisation issue. The engineer arrived on time, was polite and offered helpful advice through out the visit. The engineer managed to fix a long term issue and dramatically improved teh speed and coverage of the Wi-Fi through out the property
Happy to recommend Qube.

I was offered a 'job' as an engineer to…

I was offered a 'job' as an engineer to do home visits but want you to sign a contract that if they let you go youre indebted up to £2,000 for the first year however they have a high turn around for a reason, customers are not happy for a reason. Really dodgy company.

Long story short.
Failed show from the tech, claims that no answer at the property, sent photos of the wrong location. Can’t use a satnav or a phone to call me? On behalf of Plusnet, that was the ‘straw’. Went elsewhere, instantly better internet.

A cancellation text arrived 3 hours before the rearranged slot allocated for Qubegb to visit on behalf of TalkTalk.

If TalkTalk offer a TalkTalk engineer visit it is Qubegb that will come, or not, as is their habit.

Point out the above to TalkTalk and the abysmal Trustpilot rating Qubegb are striving to maintain and request an Openreach appointment if you have worked your way through TalkTalk's it is your fault. Openreach will be able to do so much more than Qubegb.

What a stupid name for a company previously known as Bright Sparks.

I was phoned about an hour before a scheduled engineer visit slot to cancel it [home visit on behalf of TalkTalk].

As TalkTalk charge £40 if you miss a visit, I asked for a text to confirm the new appointment but it never came. Just at the close of work I remembered and phoned asking for a text confirmation.

TalkTalk customers may be familiar this company with a silly name [impossible to understand when announced over the phone] as they were Bright Sparks with an equally poor reputation.

A leopard cannot change its spots.

I wish there was a -minus score on…

I wish there was a -minus score on here. This company is appalling. they fail to turn up to appointments, are rude, unhelpful, do not care at all about the customer.
There are plenty of other IT companies out there who can help.

Rubbish, useless, unreliable and unprofessional company

One star because I can't give zero. Two appointments missed. Provided stupid childish reasons for not tuning up. Qube phoned me 10 minutes before the end of the deadline they gave me to tell me they were not going to turn up to repair the fault. Avoid this company at all costs if you can and if you can't avoid dealing with them, I feel sorry for you

Abysmal level of customer care.

Looks like this lot are typical of talktalk, abysmal level of service, failed to keep appointment to rectify fault arranged by talktalk. If I had cancelled charge would be £30.00 wonder how much I should charge them? Openreach much better.

Execrable service

Execrable service. Two urgent visits to fix broadband missed, a promise from call centre to come back to fix a new date, instead a ( no reply ) text saying they couldn't ( be bothered to ) get in touch, and could I call telcom provider instead. Soviet level of customer service, they should be ashamed.

Failed to turn up again

Failed to turn up again. What’s the point of making an appointment, only to receive a text stating they’re not coming? And receiving that text after the window that they should have been here. I appreciate we are in difficult times, but this is the second occasion that I have taken time off work to be at home, and the second time this company has failed to turn up.

The engineer wasn't wearing PPE and he…

The engineer wasn't wearing PPE and he turned up early without messaging beforehand.
I had to prompt him to put a mask on and he didn't even apologise for any if it.
He just said he was 10 minutes early and when I said that I was told he would let me know that he was on his way he said "were you?"
I had to tell him to leave after his mask kept slipping down and his doing little to rectify it. He was also rude and personal, saying that I didn't understand technology, and was standing far too close to me; essentially cornering me in my kitchen.
He said the issue was fixed but as my phone isn't compatible with what he did, he started saying "when you get a new device..."
So essentially, if my devices aren't compatible the issue is not actually fixed.
I asked if Roku boxes were compatible and he told me I would have to check.
All in all, awful.
It also caused a lot of anxiety.
And the issue still isn't fixed.
Edit: Still no apology from the company. They never responded to my complaint! And EE, the company who sent the technician, refused to deal with the complaint.
