Best service.
Despite my messing up this order, the staff at Quest did all they could to rectify the situation, but were caught out by their own speedy dispatch service. The product was fine, and I passed on the surplus to others needing the items

Quest came up trumps
I needed two Swedish 3mm dia shelf supports for a second hand bookcase I had just purchased. Whilst making a long search online, I could only see 4 and 5mm supports. Eventually it was when I came across the Quest website that 3mm supports were stocked. Although slightly longer than what I wanted, by drilling two holes in the sides of the bookcase, the supports did the trick.
Ordering was simple and delivery prompt. Excellent service.
