Quest Hardware Opiniones

I didn't get the confirmation email quickly but I got the products very speedily, exactly as ordered and when I wanted them.
I spoke to the team and they were very friendly and helpful, particularly under the current challenging lockdown circumstances

I ordered some parts for my kitchen drawers that i struggled to find in my local outlets (North West) so i looked online and Quest had the parts and at a good price for the original part not a spurious part...BONUS. Now i understand we're living in unusual times (CV19)so we have to be patient with delivery slots and when the part didnt arrive in the scheduled time it only took one call to Quest for the issue to be dealt with and resolved without having to wait and see if it turns up. I will deffo use Quest again AND wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quest to friends or family A+++

Excellent service. Thank you. Could not have been better.

Good product delivered quickly, what more could you ask for!

I would have given a 5 star review but for the fact that the prices of all the ppe I bought a week ago have tumbled this week bu a big percentage.
The kit itself is fine.

The goods arrived so very quickly and that was impressive in the current situation. The product is top quality

Good quality parts delivered as described. Had a slight problem with the delivery which a quick email to sales team resolved. They were quick to respond and tracked down an issue with the delivery firm which was no fault of Quest. Very impressed

Very impressed with the efficiency of the delivery, thank you

delivered on time and good quality product. postage was a bit high.

Products arrived quickly and as advertised.

Highly recommend.

The product I ordered was fine but navigating to find bolts and fittings didn’t happen for me. The product ordered was fine and delivery spot on. Cheers T

Really pleased with the service, product and speed. Minor issue with my order (my fault) buy I had a call within 10 minutes from someone at Quest Hardware who was really helpful. All sorted and the products received the next working day.

Fast delivery in these covid-19 times and a good price.

Professional service. Fast and efficient. Great and informative catalogue. A great addition to my list of suppliers.

very quick service ion deed will use again and recommend

Great client service... the only reason you didn't get a 5 was 2 items out of stock but just about every man and his dog ordering PPE to be fair! ;)
