Regarding the security deposit, our standard company policy is to refund deposits within the specified period after the vehicle is returned and final checks are completed. When a deposit is paid in cash, the refund must follow internal accounting procedures, which is why the timeframe is clearly communicated in advance.
We understand that waiting can be inconvenient, especially for visitors. However, this is a structured policy applied to all customers to ensure transparency and proper verification of any pending Salik or traffic charges.
