Perfect experience!

We were let down by another transfer company and contacted DM Transfers after reading their reviews.

Their communication was excellent. They accommodated our time requirements.

The Driver was early. The drive was smooth and comfortable in a lively clean vehicle. We got there in plenty of time without any hassle or headaches.

Booked with them due to all the raving review but turned out to be disappointing. The transfer was on time and okay throughout until arriving at the destination. The driver unloaded our luggage onto a steep slope about 15 meters to the hotel entrance and left them for us two seniors to struggle in a sweat to drag our luggage there. My wife almost tripped. The driver then rushed down to the door and asked for a tip. Obviously under such circumstance we declined and he rudely ask us to return a bottle of Coca cola (right in front of other patrons) which he had offered us on board and cursing on his way back to the vehicle. Totally unprofessional! Beware!

I finally received a reply via Trustpilot on May 17, 2026 disputing my review as an error, demanding my booking reference (> 7 months later !!!!) for verification or else they would assume I posted this as an error.
How ridiculous is this!!!! For 2 reasons:
1. They should have my booking reference........BUT JUST IN CASE, IT WAS SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT DO SAVE IT......HERE IT IS: Y4927M
2. We have been traveling for 40 years to 93 countries, and been to Turkey 5 times, you think we would bother to post false information!!!!
AN EXPLANATION AND APOLOGY IS LONG OVERDUE.

A fabulous experience using this service. Punctual and reliable. The cars are beautiful and the added extras so lovely.

This company are truly outstanding we use these every time we fly into dalaman and I truly cant say a bad thing about them if you want a transfer these are the guys . Every driver who has met us are great

Smiling driver waiting for us at desk 38 at Dalaman airport and speedy delivery to our villa in Dalyan.
They even brought forward return pick up time to assist as we had to vacate villa earlier than expected.

DM WhatsApp me to assure me there would be no issue. Clean and spacious VW van with WiFi, drinks etc.

Used DM to transfer from Dalaman airport to Oludeniz. Booked from UK and got confirmation email. No need to pay in advance. We were met at the airport and driven to our hotel by a very good, friendly driver in a nice clean 7/8 seat Mercedes with a cold beer and some water, and a film on the TV. Paid the driver for return journey on arrival at the hotel. On return the driver arrived a few minutes early and we had another easy trip.
I would recommend DM and we will use them on our next visit.

We booked DM Transfers for our holiday. We arrived at Dalaman airport on 19th September and our driver was there with a sign with our name on, he was very easy to find. The journey took half the time and we were supplied with cold bottles of water. We had the same driver taking us back to the airport and he was right on time at the end of our holiday. I would definitely recommend this company, pricing is really good and they are very professional and very reasonably priced. 5 stars from me and will be definitely using them again when i return next year.
