A Promising Start for Long-Term Durability
We recently purchased 1,500 small “W” decals and 1,500 large “W” decals from RaceTop for our service department here at C.N. Wood. These decals are applied to our heavy construction, environmental, and municipal equipment, so durability and long-term performance are extremely important to us.
Branding plays a big role in our industry. When customers see equipment from C.N. Wood in the field, we want it to clearly represent the top-notch service and support we stand behind. These decals are a key part of that identity, and they need to hold up for years in tough working conditions.
Our order arrived promptly, and the decals look great. The colors are vibrant, the print quality is sharp, and they have a clean, professional appearance. The backing peels off easily without bending or splitting, which makes application smooth and efficient for our team.
We’re hopeful that the decals will truly stand the test of time and that the colors will resist fading despite exposure to the elements. If their long-term durability matches the strong first impression, we’ll be very pleased with our decision to work with RaceTop.

Good quality but inconsistent proofing.
The labels are great quality and very vibrant. However, I always have to a double check as sometimes text is missing or they may be printed on the wrong paper. So just this minor detail is inconvenient because I have to reach back out and it delays my production because I don’t have a label.

Tracking info was a little confusing but the wait was worth it. The bags look amazing! Thick cardboard that keeps its structure, great quality rope handles and the logo is printed indented like letterpress. Beautiful outcome. Will definitely be ordering more.

I placed an order on Jan 3 and as of…
I placed an order on Jan 3 and as of today, still haven’t received my order and it’s not anywhere in site - still in China apparently. I didn’t realize it was coming from China and it’s certainly not worth the few bucks of savings given the length of time…if it ever actually arrives. Can’t comment on the quality for that reason…super frustrated and won’t order again.

Arrived just in time
Cons: shipment was delayed causing a significant setback to event planning. Also, one of the bags did not have handles. Not a big deal though.
Pro: customer service was superb. I was in constant communication with rep Alex once we discovered there was an delay in shipping. He was in constant communication up until my order arrived. Order was easy to do and proof was sent for confirmation within 24 hrs. Although delayed, items arrived before event date.

The designing part was super easy
The designing part was super easy, I have a graphic arts background so I was expecting a pretty rudimentary design page but it was pretty well thought out and let me import my own graphics. The type faces are limited but I found something I liked. Be aware of the size of bag you order, my first attempt was a bag that was way too small so just be aware of the sizes when you start.

Some of the stickers were great. Some were too dark when printed. Also didn’t realize they are in china.

Disappointing First Order
I didn’t receive the size bag that I selected and I paid for two day shipping but it took over a week to receive My order.

To clarify, we offer free standard shipping (7–12 business days), and customers can choose upgraded express shipping (3–5 business days). Unfortunately, this order was impacted by a carrier transportation delay, which caused the delivery to take longer than expected. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
Regarding this issue, we have refunded the express shipping upgrade fee as a gesture of our apology. We’re also reviewing the bag size concern internally to ensure better accuracy moving forward.

It took awhile for my order to arrive
It took awhile for my order to arrive, I assume partly due to holidays. Cups and pastry bags came out great, but the totes were printed crooked which was disappointing.
