I purchased a Rachel Jackson necklace for £150, expecting it to be a quality piece that would last for years.
After just six months, the necklace had heavily tarnished and lost its colour despite being carefully looked after. Customer service responded promptly but advised this was normal wear for plated jewellery and offered to re-plate it for £35 plus postage.
I appreciate that plated jewellery won’t last forever, but I don’t believe a £150 necklace should require a paid restoration after only six months. I expected better durability.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy jewellery from Rachel Jackson again.

This is how customer service should be done! There was a slight issue with the necklace my daughter received for her birthday. Emily went above and beyond to sort out the problem for us and we were delighted by her professionalism and understanding. The true test of a business is how they sort problems out when things don't quite go to plan and in this case Rachel Jackson have been exemplary. You have gained a loyal customer.

The most bizarre experience really. Husband initially ordered the wrong size and I emailed to exchange, took nearly a week to get a reply. No exchanges, so eventually reordered on a gift card… I was looking forward to getting my birthday present back as it was dispatched, but then the next day it was cancelled due to being out of stock… Ok, another giftcard. Waited a few days and the bracelet showed as in stock so reordered. It was dispatched and eventually arrived, however I recieved the wrong size bracelet and had a missing initial charm. I emailed customer service within minutes of it arriving to inform them. I didn’t get a reply until 5 days later, and only until I’d had to send a follow up email. I did get an apology but then informed it is in fact still out of stock in a small, and always will be. So basically can’t have the bracelet I ordered, I was offered a £20 gift card… to which I pointed out if I did an exchange anyway the policy is 10% extra so on £144 would be £14.40, so basically offered less than £6 as an apology. (Which again was ignored) Fast forward to now I’ve reluctantly asked to just have a refund. So disappointed, this was meant to be a sentimental gift from my husband and kids with their initials on. Instead it’s taken over a month and I’m left with nothing, but made to feel like I was just being annoying for trying to sort out my gift. I know the response to this will be that we tried to help you etc etc, but really the emails took far too long to be replied to and ultimately you did nothing to try to find something suitable/a replacement for what should have been a special gift.

Excellent customer service, I ordered a necklace for my wife after less than a month a crack appeared in the glass. I contacted the team and arranged the necklace to be repaired. The whole process was very efficient. Also they call their customer service team - Customer Happiness team - Very good.
I would rate the customer care for this brand 10 stars if I could 🤩 the customer care was fantastic! And Emily was very efficient and friendly!
I basically lost a bar from my favourite t bar earrings that I had for a birthday present. I asked on the off chance that I could get one from somewhere and they very kindly sent me a new pair! I was delighted and it made my week!

My best friend and I each purchased the Choose Love Disco Ball necklace in silver. It was a way for us to support a wonderful organization, have cute matching jewelry and bond over our shared love of Harry Styles and his latest album. We live in the US, and although we ordered our necklaces at the same time, mine got lost in our mail system once it made it to the states. I was bummed. I reached out to Rachel Jackson’s customer support to let them know what happened, and they immediately started the process to send me a replacement. I worked with Emily, and she was great! Fortunately, the missing mail service eventually located the necklace, and I notified customer support just in time before the replacement shipped. The necklace is just as cute in person as it was online; I was so excited to finally receive it! It will definitely be a regular addition to my wardrobe and part of my concert outfit. I was also really grateful that the customer service team was so responsive and considerate of my circumstance. I think it was meant for me to have this necklace :). I would definitely purchase from them again!

Really excellent customer care. There was a problem with supply of one of my items. Emily and the RJ team organised replacement with an alternative and next day delivery at no extra cost to me. I was already a repeat customer and this experience will ensure I remain so.

Recently, I accidentally dropped my crystal T-bar pendant on a tiled floor, which caused it to break. I contacted customer service to inquire about purchasing a replacement crystal. I received an immediate response, and the team is now sending out a replacement necklace.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Rachel Jackson Jewellery. I purchased a piece as a special 30th birthday gift for my daughter, allowing plenty of time for delivery, yet three weeks later it still hasn’t arrived.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I was assured the item would arrive yesterday and then told it would be delivered today — neither has happened. Trying to contact the company has been equally disappointing. The telephone number doesn’t seem to accept calls, and the live chat function simply doesn’t work.
For a brand that presents itself as premium, the customer service is incredibly poor. This has completely taken the shine off what was meant to be a special gift. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re relying on timely delivery or expect any level of customer support.

Really lovely jewellery and great customer service...I have a couple of love tokens in gold and I wear them all the time. The quality is brilliant and they have a nice weight about them. I receive loads of compliments when I wear them as they look quite different to anything else I have seen. I have also received fantastic customer service recently on a further order. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this shop in the future, I love their designs.
I had a fantastic experience with Rachel Jackson’s customer service. My wifes chain broke unexpectedly, but the team responded incredibly quickly and made the whole replacement process seamless. They were efficient, helpful and clearly committed to resolving the issue without any hassle.
A new chain was sent out promptly and the communication throughout was excellent. It’s rare to come across service that feels this responsive and genuinely customer-focused.
