The old app was easy to use and great for looking at the form of horses. The new update is hard to look at, very confusing. Generally to much going on at once.

And the 1 star is a minus ( if I had the option)… l have been using the app for over 14 yrs and found it the best of all racing apps to use, easy navigation, touch of a button could see/ find / read exactly what your looking for… this new App is a mish mash of everything other than what you need to read iv tried very hard to connect with it but I find it impossible to read…. Plus cost me money today by missing bets and impossible to navigate… pls bring back the old sight … I for one will switch to an alternative…

I agree with all the 1 star ratings. The new app is definitely not a step in the right direction.

total rubbish ,have deleted it already won’t be using again till they revert to the old(original) one
At the races app now bit better but not as good as the original RP one ☹️

Arrrrrgh! Why?!
Apart from all the annoying fancy graphics which I’ll probably get used to, my main issue is they delete the card when the race is run so you can’t look back to see what the form comment was pre race. The new look does not entice me into the app. I might actually save myself a few quid as a result.

I have been betting over 40 years and I find the website absolutely brilliant

Appalling update. Lost loads of functionality, ease of use, good info and it’s a terrible layout with shocking navigation. Was my go to app for all my racing info and betting. Won’t be using it any longer and have switched to Skybet.

THE NEW RACING POST APP IS WORSE THAN THE ONE IT REPLACED .

I have been using it for years but won't be using the new one .

The old version had every thing to hand, the new one well its a joke you try find something .

Every thing is a shambles. The old one you opened it up everything was to hand.

You could DO your own predictor and see what was what see clearly the rating of each horse etc , KNOW IS A JUMBLE I would not even give it one out of 10

Bring back the old app this new one is terrible, if I could I would give it no stars.

I switched to the new Racing Post App last week. It is appalling. The betting sights from the App don’t seem to allow deposit or withdrawals. It’s Racing tab is too busy and poorly set out, very difficult to find your way around or find analysis etc. The “look” is also poor and just doesn’t work. Urgent work needs to be done, as the RP reputation is at stake.

Why on earth did u I change it to this rubbish!! Please change back to the old app

Agree with all the comments why change an excellent easy to use app to something that is no longer user friendly and takes longer to place a bet??
Who ever developed the app obviously doesn’t place bets!!

The new all-singing and all-dancing Racing Post app is totally user unfriendly. The old app was a joy to use, and perfect for smart phones, everything fit on the screen, and all the info you could need was a few clicks away at most. I suppose my only quibble with the old site was you had to select which bookmaker's odds you wanted to view rather showing the best odds. The new app just seems to be the Racing Post website turned into an app, and with all that information, IT JUST DOESN'T FIT ON THE SCREEN.If I wanted the website, I'd go online on my pc. It's a chore to use now, and so I don't. It's easier to log on to any bookie's app, and look at the racing there, which is what I'll be doing, and I'll be deleting the Racing Post app. What a shame.

I loved the old version of the app, I've been using it for as long as I've been horse betting but the new update has completely ruined it there are so many problems to mention. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK

Terrible update to a great app , much too complicated , please just admit you messed it up and give us the old one back , it was so much better , why fix something that isn’t broken! After using it every day for at least 10 years , I have just deleted the app !!!

New app is awful to use. Over complicated. Lay out is bland. More work to select different information. Last app was perfect with its simplicity. Will delete it now.

Absolutely hate the revamped app. Not user friendly at all and I don't think it's a case of getting used to it. Open it up and find myself immediately coming off it. Why change??????????

The new Racing Post App is terrible. I've been on it the last few days and I still find it hard to use. Too complicated, too slow, difficult to navigate through all the information, so frustrating compared to the previous version which was a hundred times better. Bring back the old one please.
