Would give 0 stars if i could. Clothes do not look like pictures. Upon return-was provided an address to overseas (Brazil) and having to pay expensive costs without reimbursement. They didn’t even provide the correct return address so package was lost. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

SCAM! Do not buy - lack of communication in regards to a refund. Having to dispute with my bank to get a resolution.

Absolutely repulsive service. First I was sent an image for proof of delivery, that wasn’t even my house. They then agreed to refund me. After I had agreed to this they then said that the parcel was lost in Germany so I needed to contact them myself to rearrange delivery. Even though I had already said I wouldnt accept re delivery as it had been near a month since I had ordered and we had already agreed to refund.
DO NOT order from radiantly here it is a scam

The worst company ever ,please do not buy from this website.I bought two dresses for my daughter and they came different sizes and faulty and they said to return it because they are going to pay for the shipping when I sent it they said we are not responsible for that after that they received the package and they didn’t give me the refund back.I emailed them but nothing so disappointed I will never get something from them.the worst website and I think they are scammers.

This is the worst company I have ever used. I have ordered a dress which I was planning to wear to my registry office wedding. Online the dress looked beautiful, however I soon learnt that the whole company was a SCAM. Firstly the dress that had arrived at my house was NOT the dress that I have ordered, not even close and the material was so cheap, not worth £5, yet the dress cost £69.52. They have sent me a completely wrong dress. Secondly, when I raised this with customer service and asked for a refund, they initially said yes. However said they do not issue prepaid labels, so I will have to post it at my own cost. Thirdly, their website states that if it is due to their error (e.g. defective or incorrect item which is true in my case) they will refund the full cost and cover the return shipping cost. So I have once again emailed them with screenshots of their policy. The customer service has then stated that after reviewing their policy they will pay the shipping fee as long as I provide proof. I have then paid £25.90 for the return cost as the address they've asked for it to be returned to was China, and send them an email with proof. The company have then stated: "we'd like to clarify that the earlier confirmation regarding postage reimbursement was made in error and does not reflect our standard policy" even though the policy on their website clearly states that they do if it is their error, which it was in this case. They will refuse to give you your money in any way possible so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. I have told them I would report them to Trading Standards but they do not care at all. I am gutted that I did not read the other reviews beforehand as I would have never ordered from them and lost my hard earned money!!!

This is a terrible company . I paid for express shipping . The items arrived late and too late for an event I needed them for. They then advised I had to sent the items back to China and pay for the shipping. The company agreed via email they would agree to pay for this as it was their error only to backtrack and say they would not pay for the return postage of £46 . They did not advise they are based in China. The service has been terrible. I asked them to cancel the order as it was too late to arrive for an event but they declined as they had shipped it but it had not yet been shipped to the UK when I asked to cancel the order . Radiantly hers and are now charging me to return an order I no longer wanted .

Terrible company avoid at all cost . All responses seem poor and the don’t seem to think they have to work using uk customer right/ legislation.

This is not a genuine company. All their videos and ads are AI. You'll get a cheap badly made product and they will make it so difficult to get your money back.

Basically scam website. I ordered two dresses they did arrive but late and the quality is horrendous and to return they must be sent to their warehouse in china so costs about £20. Don’t buy from this company you’ll be disappointed
