I needed some advice about what type of shower curtain rail would best suit my bathroom - I received an email back very quickly and spoke with Nick Hives-Wood. We talked about options. The chrome shower rail is a very high quality product and it was well packaged and the delivery was fast. My only complaint is that there are no instructions included and it takes a while to fathom out that you must put the whole thing together and fix up in one piece rather than being able to do it in stages.

I was looking for a particular type of shower rail which I couldn't find until I googled it and found your company. The quality and price were good. Immediately after placing order I received an email to confirm receipt and delivery date. The rail was delivered as promised. It looks great and is excellent quality. One of the rail hooks broke when I was opening it to attach to rail, however, I emailed company and explained and they posted a replacement. Very pleased with service and product. I have ordered a number of items from SMR Bathrooms - radiators, radiator valves, towel rail. the prices are the best on the net. next day free delivery. i have ordered the wrong size towel rail, spotted it only 1 months later when we were about to install it. called customer services with very little hope of returning it as it was well beyond their 14days for returns... they agreed, collected it next day and i got my refund. I am so grateful, Laura - thank you so much for being so amazingly helpful!
