Regarding quality, damaged textile items should not be available for sale or included in auction bundles (unless we have described them as damaged in the description), and they should be picked up by our grading team and kept separate. However, some do slip through the net, especially if the damage is small and hard to notice.

First time experience
First time experience, very impressive. First I wanted auction with delivery option this was provided. Good communication and event update and timely delivery of items. I can't have it better than I witnessed in my first experience with Ramco this is relative to some other auctions.

Good quality kit than is hard to get hold of now
I was desperate to get hold of a couple of bigger barrack shirts quickly and these guys were able to sort me out and deliver in time. Great quality kit also and so mock better than the new issue ones.

Hi,
We're disappointed with your 1-star review and negative feedback, but the comments you've made are incorrect.
We have plenty of EU and international customers who pay by card, so it was likely some sort of fraud prevention or card error on your end.
When you couldn't get your card to work on the payment portal, we suggested paying by BACS instead, to which you said you'd sort it in the new year. Eventually, when we invoiced you again at the end of January, you rang and said you'd forgotten about it but would get it sorted.
Since then, after requesting that you pay by BACS if the payment portal still showed an error, we've still received no payment, so the order was cancelled.
Please give us a call if you'd like to discuss further.
