Excellent Suit for wedding season. Rania Zara Studio were excellent with communications through out the process and when issues were identified (not their fault) they were quick to respond and rectify and we go the suit on time. Awesome work and job and would highly recommend

Great buy
This was my first time ordering from Rani Zara.
I had a slight hiccup with my order, but they corrected this, and I was able to reorder something else and it arrived in great time and it was amazing.
Very well made and pictures and videos also sent to me before being dispatched.
Overall i am satisfied and they are helpful with customer service if you have any problems.
I would order again.

Had to keep chasing them up for an update on my outfit
They charge £40 for delivery and its not even here fast, took 7weeks to come, and i wasnt getting an update on my order, kept WhatsApping them, they were saying they will send dispatch number, but never did until a day before of delivery, i just has to keep chasing them up, then it only came 4days before the wedding and the size was wrong, I ordered Small but it was large, so had to go out my way to find someone to adjust it and pay more money ontop of the £220 I already spent! Proper headache! Next time im going on Vinted!

Regarding shipping charges, they are determined by the courier service and are displayed clearly during checkout.

I just received my first order and I'm…
I just received my first order and I'm so happy! The delivery came within 4 weeks and I was able to track my order every step of the way.
I was also sent pictures of my completed outfit via email which was an unexpected surprise.
I haven't had good experiences with other retailers and I was dubious of placing an order, but now I'm glad that I did.

I haven't yet received my items
I have edited my original review because my lost parcel was refunded.
It took some time and there is still lack of clarity on what happened but the issue has been resolved.
I hope my experience next time will be as I encountered it the first few occasions I purchased via Rania Zara.

Once we became aware of the issue, we took immediate action to trace the package, but unfortunately, it could not be recovered.

Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional, selling copied items claiming to be real. I purchased a suit which should have an attached slip but got delivered a jacket without a slip.
I chased via email for two and a half weeks before I received an email to say they will send one out to me. I received the slip a week later which did not match with jack in colour so I asked for a refund.
After going back and forth for weeks they agreed for me to send the item back, only to say it’s been worn and they are sending it back.
Absolutely disgusting to sell faulty items to customers and then put false claims in order not to return the money.

Completely wrong colour, wrong size.
Completely wrong colour, I ordered a silver suit and it came a mucky beige colour. I ordered a size medium and they sent a large and I had to have it taken in. It also took ages to finally deliver it. False advertising. Wouldn’t recommend using this company at all! Total scam!
