Adam arrived within 40 minutes of me calling and had me road worthy within about half an hour. Very friendly and professional, no judgement for being daft and offers a 14 day guarantee on the job but I've had no issues at all and car was operating as normal straight after the treatment. He's got top of the range equipment, all tested and calibrated and his van is spotless and well cared for which, (in my experience), tells you he takes pride in his work and will do a quality job. Obviously I hope I don't make this mistake again but can't recommend his service enough.

Absolutely brilliant service. My stupid mistake putting diesel instead of unleaded in my tank. Adam was efficient and professional . He came very quickly and was thorough & explained everything. Adam came to my rescue in about 20mins from call then back on the road just as quick .
Very professional and helpful, reassuring me i had not damaged my van and once he was finished it would run as good as ever .
His work was clean and tidy, with a foam pad on the drain hose to protect the vans paintwork.
Cant recommend Adam enough.

Excellent Service - Speedy and Friendly. We have a Diesel VW Touran. After I Put about 20 litres of Petrol in our Car. I knew I Couldnt just Drive Away. I Walked across the Road and Spoke to John at are Our Local Kwik Fit If They Deal with Draining Fuel from Cars. He said No. But Gave me a Number to Call. Adam arrived within 25 minutes of our call, Adam Turned up in His Van On board with Specialist Equipment to Drain Fuel, Flush hoses etc. He added Fresh Fuel and made sure Everything was OK. We were on our way within an 30 mins of him Arriving. Highly Recommended.

Excellent service - speedy, efficient and friendly. We had a diesel VW Passat misfuelled with 30 litres of petrol. Adam arrived within 45 minutes of our call with sophisticated equipment to drain fuel, flush hoses/filter and prime system. He added fresh fuel and checked engine was working and all was OK. We were on our way within an hour of him arriving. Thoroughly recommended.

What an idiot I was. I put adblue in the diesel tank. Never put key in the ignition.
Found Adams number on the internet.
He gave me a price and a time to be with me.
Very polite and factual on the phone.
He was with me at the time he stated.
A really nice and polite young man.
Explained all the problems and how he would deal with them.
Very efficient working and never once made a comment on my stupid mistake.
Explained each step as he was doing it and answered all questions I put to him.
His knowledge is amazing.
His vehicle was extremely very tidy and clean.
Would I use him again ? Most certainly and would recommend to any one who has a mis fuel problem.

Silly enough to add Petrol to my diesel Car at Tesco's Weston. Was given Adams Card from the guy at the till. Phoned Adam, answered the call straight away very courteous and advised he'd be with us (wife 2 children 2 dogs) ASAP. Considering being a Friday at 2pm and traffic being very heavy in the area Adam was with us within the hour. Job done within 20 minutes filled up with The PROPER FUEL.. and we were ready to go with no problems. It was a pleasure to meet Adam and if we every find ourselves with this problem again (not) we would definitely use Adam, hope you enjoyed the BBQ... Thank You!
