Rap Industries Opiniones

Looks like a very good product for the money. The display boards are simple to put together and light enough to carry into any exhibition. The carry bag is very handy for carrying.

You guys totally saved my bacon with a fast turnaround on a pop up stand. Brilliant job. The printing and finishing is top class. Thank you.

Vicky was very helpful & easy to liase with . A great asset to your company

No communication form yourselves as to when the screen was to be delivered. Luckily we were open when it arrived. This would have caused huge problems for us.

Payment gateway and subsequent checkout process is pretty confusing. UX needs to be simplified because all transactions go through PayPal. The 'Payment cards' box doesn't render correctly.
Confusion about a £1 fee being charged, then reversed immediately... and then the order is confirmed on the Rapind website before the correct amount is charged.

Also courier fees are too expensive. Please choose a courier that doesn't penalise addresses in central Scotland.

The website live chat was excellent very helpful with all my questions. Quality of partition is good value for money

Excellent service from Vicky throughout the process. The quality of the screens are excellent and I would highly recommend this company. Thanks.

Really pleased with this banner. Excellent depth of colour. Very helpful technical staff when I was having problems with the design.

I dealt with Ashleigh Stephenson who was very helpful and easy to deal with. There were lots of options to choose from and it was thankfully easy to get what we needed. We will definitely be back and would recommend you.

Great service, message left on answer machine, received a call back within the hour. Competitive quote received and order placed.
Professional, hassle free service.
Well done!!!

All the people involved in this purchase have been really helpful and friendly. Thank you for getting this purchase so quickly.

Fast efficient service, easy delivery. Product is good quality and seems very sturdy and durable.

Service prompt and quality product.

Even though there is clear advance warning of the the delivery process, it isn't great to have 2x acoustic screens arrive on a pallet the size of a small shed, that you have to unscrew and then dispose of yourself - it would put me off using this company again.

Great fast efficient service, cannot fault.

Great service, very easy to deal with and quick delivery. I would highly recommend and Kayleigh is a credit to the business.

I am throughly impressed by how quickly our order was taken care of. Ashleigh was always quick to respond with an question and need I had. On behalf of the US Air Force Medical Clinic here in Germany, we thank Ashleigh and your team for taking care of us.

Product exactly as described. Extremely helpful customer service. Quotation for custom requirement provided quickly. Production and delivery on time without issue. Would order from them again - and actually already have.
