This company is a scam. They have a teeth cleaning product that was for dogs, but they stated it's for cats too. When I received the product, the tool is too big for cats and cat won't tolerate the noise (I have not used the product on my pet).
I contacted the company to make a return arrangement butt they I received an AI written message, and they refuse to return the package because the "package is opened". I asked to talked to a manager but they ignore that and said they don't have a phone number.

One star is too much. Awful and patronising customer service. I had a faulty product which they refused to take back as packaging was opened! How can you try an item without opening the packaging. A proper scam. The customer has no rights. Avoid!!!

I ordered and never received product. Turning this over to American Express fraud department.

I ordered from this company paid the money an received nothing. They are gangsters. Can't find a contact number for them are I'd certainly have called. Also have sent 4 emails . BIG BIG SUPRISE no response.

Unreturnable if you e opened the package. So if you aren’t happy with the product it’s tough.

I hadn’t opened mine and so returned it as directed. No one was at the address to receive it and so it was returned to the French postal service for collection. It was never claimed and ultimately it was returned to me.

£59 + £10 (postage) wasted.

NO REFUNDS. Believe me. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

Dangerously Sharp
I wish I had read the independent reviews. After charging it I slipped off the protective covering on the dental descaler and promptly poked my hand. It was needle sharp. I turned it on and my dog left the room because of the noise. I bought it for the descaler but it would obviously hurt the dog. I say obviously because of what I unintentionally did to my hand.

… update from last review. These people will drive you crazy with excuses to make a return. Save yourself and don’t even purchase. I ended up contacting my bank and having them reverse the charge. I also gave all information for them to investigate as this is a scam company!

Then read the trustpilot reviews and arranged to send it back before even opening it after reading their excuses on not being able to return if you had opened the packaging
Took multiple emails to someone in China (which is where the product ships from) called Tiffany to finally get an address to some random address in France (Lunel 34400) which looks like someones house on google maps.
Returned the parcel at a cost of £9 and now the emails start up again, wanting documentation which I've sent.
To be honest I may as well do a claim from my bank for fraud as it would be quicker.
Shocking company and crap products.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this that they need shutting down. They haven’t got a clue what they are on about their absolute rubbish. I advise people not to use this vet for anything to do with animals they’re absolute shocking

it says returns within 30 days but you can’t get an address to return the item to and I am not holding my breath for a refund

Vet approved my backside ! Money back guarantee my back side it’s all lies and fake advertising. This thing is only fit for the bin !!! No one could use this on their dog unless you want to rip your dogs mouth open . It’s horrific ! It’s noisy it vibrates its lethal sharp . My god you could. Never put this thing near a dogs mouth !!! Totally insane ! This company needs to be stopped and struck off I cannot believe they advertise this and all the lies that go with it . Wish I’d read all these reviews first. There’s no way I could get that descaler anywhere near my dog - it’s vicious! I’m sure it would be effective if you could knock your dog out first. 90 day money back guarantee is absolutely useless and pointless. It only counts if it’s unopened - how on earth can you test it if it’s unopened - makes no sense at all. 100% money back guarantee is a complete and utter scam. Avoid.

This really is a scam product. The instrument vibrates in such a strong way, and makes a loud noise, it is a dangerous product. I tried it on my own tooth and it felt like my tooth was being hammered. It would damage a tooth and frighten a dog. Please do not believe all the 'false good reviews' on FB. A real waste of money. I have sent them an email to ask for a refund.

Should have gone to trust pilot before I wasted £40 .waste of money and dangerous wouldn’t put that near my dogs mouth , it’s lethal it’s so sharp if you slip or your dog moves you will cause a nasty injury . The heads don’t fit it’s fit for the bin , save your money

Should have read the reviews first. Rubbish poor quality product from China no matter you order on AU or Uk site. Does not remove scale . Noisy +++. read reviews for canident/ my pet lab also as this is same product but just changed name as ? too many poor reviews. unsure how to return. They seem to delete poor reviews on their own site!

I should have ordered one of these on amazon. At least id have been able to return it if it doesn't work. It's plastic rubbish and not worth the money, trust me. Their money back guarantee is not a guarantee at all. As long you don't open the box or look at it they will give you back the money. How rediculous. I only turned it on and my dog was terrified as its so loud and they won't honour their money back guarantee. Absolute Charlatans. I will never use anything from this company ever again and I think all the reviews on here speak for themselves actually

Extremely Disappointing - Not Worth the Money

I recently purchased the Canilab dental scaler from RarePet, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. This product was advertised as an effective, pet-friendly tool for dental care, but in reality, it’s anything but. The design is poor, it's excessively loud, and my dog was terrified the moment I turned it on. It’s also completely ineffective at doing the job it was supposed to do.

For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and performance. This has been a total waste of money, and I’m left feeling misled by the product description. To make things worse, I’ll now have to go through the hassle of returning it and hoping for a refund. I would strongly advise against purchasing this item.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. It states 48 hours shipment but this did not arrive. Can’t get hold of the company. I’ve opened a dispute with my bank and will be trying it return the product if it does ever arrive. SCAM

This product is not suitable at all for animals. I’ve got dogs
There is no way this could be used on a cat.
It is extremely noisy even on the so called soft button the lowest level
Then as you try to turn it off it rapidly goes up to the highest level which is even noisier Also the brush does not click on firmly at all so is liable to fall off. All in all complete waste of money. The only part of this product I can use is the power cable which they supplied…… to charge my wireless headphone which has nothing to do with the product. Very disappointed ☹️
