Time for a new mattress.......
When I first entered the store I was approached by a sales person named Erika Presher and she directed me to the mattress section of the store where I could check out and sample different mattress.I found Erika knowledgeable about the product and the differences in each.She made it much easier to make an informed decision about which mattress to purchase.

Beware of hidden and/or mistaken costs…
Good selection of mattresses on floor to test. Salesman was helpful; however, mattress price initially quoted did not reflect the 10% “savings” that signs throughout the store cited and that the salesman assured us was reflected in the initial quote. I had to return the next morning to question the salesman, who acknowledged the mistake, which he attributed to a computer glitch and apologized for the mistake. I also felt that what is represented as a free “guaranteed” mattress replacement was misrepresented. Was told when we paid that in order for the guarantee to apply, we had to purchase a rather expensive mattress cover, but later discovered that, in fact, we were paying extra for the advertised “benefit.” Since we already had a similar quality mattress cover, this was, merely, an unnecessary hidden expense.

Amazing Service!
I want to thank a good friend of mine TJ who helped us purchase our new couch! I had my eyes set on a sectional and I messaged him directly to see if they had it on the floor. They did! He invited us to their VIP Event on March 2 in Latham. He recommended we come then as we would get a gift card and a 10 piece cheese board so we took advantage of it and scored a $200 gift card after purchase. He was very informative, answered all my questions and we also bought the warranty! Definitely recommend that! TJ was absolutely amazing in all aspects during this huge purchase! So thank you again for all of your help! You made the process effortless! Super fast and now we can’t wait to get our rug thanks to the gift card! Definitely recommend TJ if you are looking to purchase any piece of furniture! He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind as always!

Wouldn’t hesitate to buy furniture at R&M Latham again:
Recently was in market for new furniture. Found a set I was interested in and called R&F Latham store. Hit the jackpot with sales person Rebecca. Set I wanted wasn’t there to look at but was coming in following week. She took my number and said she’d call when it came in. Sure enough, next week the set came in, my call came shortly after and I happily purchased after getting excellent service and a deal untouched by any competitor. Shout out to Corey as well. He was another pleasant person while I was there that helped out. Wouldn’t think twice about going back and/or recommending R&F Latham. Thanks again Rebecca.
