The care and concern about my mattress needs. I'm disabled and had purchased a mattress elsewhere... that felt more like a hammock made of cardboard. I wanted something plush and the brand I wanted was available... a Beauty Rest... I'd had one years ago. I can't wait to go to bed tonight.

Our sales person, Doug, was so helpful. We saw a bedroom set online that would not have met our needs. He led us to the one that was right for us.

Platinum protection plan customer service was terrible. I made a claim and two employees admitted that there is a glitch in their system but my complaint was never addressed after it was reported multiple times. Took 4 months and multiple calls for them to actually do something. No apology, nothing.

We were greeted and given time to browse the recliner area of the store before the helpful salesman, Bruce Edwards, came to answer any questions we had. He explained the extended service plan and helped us locate the perfect recliner with the features we desired.

THE SALES CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS HONESTLY AND SHOWED US WHAT WE WERE INTERESTED. SHE DID NOT TRY TO PERSUADE US TO PURCHASE SOMETHING WE DID NOT WANT. VERY NICE!

William Nowak at the R&F location at 4545 Transit Rd in Amherst NY helped us find the perfect mattress and bedroom furniture set. William was professional and very personable and fun to work with. He was extremely patient with our various questions about mattresses and based on what he had us try and our conversations, he recommended the right mattress for us. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable that we made the right decision, and now we sleep comfortably each night. He made our purchase experience fun and not stressful at all. Thank you, William! R&F is lucky to have you on their team! We will definitely look to William again for future purchases.

Fabulous time with Chris; he was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and was an active listener to our every need! Every question resulted in a clear answer with polite probing toward choices that we never considered. We will recommend him to our friends!

My experience was very pleasant, did not feel pressured like I did at previous stores, was offered water. Very pleasant would definitely recommend and shop again for any other needs.

We came in on specific task to find higher quality chairs for our kitchen. The ones from Amazon where just junk. Our salesperson, Bia, gave us just enough help (without hounding us) to allow us to find what we needed. After a few minutes of searching, we settled on a model and bought it. She also explained that the warranty did not cover cat damage, so we save $$ on that purchase.

I like where we are able to browse around and the salesperson isn’t following us around but will check on us now and again to see how we are doing.

Very easy experience buying a new sectional. Amanda K gave me thorough options, listened to the things I wanted and found me a good fit for my house. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was scheduled efficiently. I can't wait to get it tomorrow!
