Great Service in Avon
Robert provided great service during my visit at Raymour and Flanagan. He is very knowledgable about his products and I appreciated the attention he provided me when I was choosing my furnishings.

Applying for credit was not instant
Applying for credit was not instant. Employee was entering wrong information and not listening and trying to blame me for them not listening. Bank company was crap took to long. Ended up taking money out of bank which I did NOT want to do on first place.
You don't even deserve 1 star you have turned to garbage since the last time I was there. Will be using bobs furniture or pilgrim furniture or Nassau furniture from now on depending upon what I need. Will never set foot in any of your stores again.

Great experience all around!
Jean Luc Ballet could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable!!! He helped us with our living room set and was so great we went back the next day and had him order items for our 3 bedrooms!
Tanya Burke was the next person to help us with payment! Tanya is an incredibly patient and kind person who I can’t not express enough thanks to for helping us!
Avon, CT store is so well organized and staff is amazing!

The mattress purchased is great
The mattress purchased is great. Delivery was as promised and very competent Men who delivered the mattress the next day, did a good job. The Saleslady who took care of me was very, very nice. She really knew her stuff, and was very versed in sale of the mattress we were looked. I was impressed with her knowledge of the products we looked at. I highly recommend R & F.....and it’s product, and highly recommend the Sales Person who waited on me.
