The salesman was very helpful and very honest with me. I appreciated that when I told him how much much I could spend and what I was not going to spend. I received some discount discounts, which I appreciate appreciated. I was in and out in 20 minutes and got myself a new mattress which is being delivered on Wednesday.

Huge selection and our salesman guided us to exactly what we were looking for!
We’ve been looking for small scale living room furniture for a couple of months. With Darren’s help we found exactly what we were searching for at Raymour & Flanigan.

I ordered my custom California king…
I ordered my custom California king with an adjustable base and mattress on 2/26 and it was paid in full. Only for 8 days later I got a call from the store associate that she applied the wrong SKU code and my mattress price has increased by $800 and they’re willing to cover half for $400. After 8 days of waiting I should not be left with this extra cost. Very unprofessional Raymour and Flanigan .

I am a return customer to this store
I am a return customer to this store. I have always had a pleasant experience; however, my latest visit/purchase this week was less pleasant. After I purchased my furniture, there was an issue with the date of delivery. After several back and forth calls regarding the day I can accept delivery as opposed to the salesman statement about a DIFFERENT date saying "this date would be good for me and the store" "it's the end of the month" (even though it was not acceptable to me). I was going to ask for a refund of my 20% deposit and shop elsewhere if it could not be resolved but as a last resort, I contacted the store this morning to confirm the delivery date and was informed the delivery would be made when I could accept it. I am unsure if I will continue to shop at this store.
