Salesman was great!

Our salesman Gary Selke in your Brookfield Connecticut store was wonderful to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. A true asset to your company.

Working with Darren was a real pleasure!
He listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out some beautiful furniture. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

UPDATE /Reply to R&F’s comment: R&F indicates that I can reach out to discuss my experience. 1) There is nothing to discuss because the original issue was resolved at the time of purchase and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. 2) while there was no mention of receiving a gift card for purchasing a recliner, I’m not interested in receiving one now because I will not likely make any more Raymour & Flanigan purchases.

Overall it was a decent experience, but the salesperson made a mistake by omitting all the details regarding financing resulting in me paying more out of pocket by a few hundred dollars. But we corrected it at the store. Second, I was never told about the $100 gift card Father’s Day promo that I later saw online.

I was trying to give 0 stars, but your system won’t allow me. My kitchen table was supposed to be delivered twice. On both occasions, it was damaged.

If you are mattress shopping, ask for Ralph Serpico at the Brookfield, CT, store.

I am as suspicious of and averse to salespeople as anyone on Earth. But, my wife and I went into the Brookfield store and were greeted by Ralph, and I can sincerely say that this gentleman should be teaching a course in sales.

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and willing to give us our space. He never ONCE tried to hard-sell us on anything. He just provided a wealth of information and was a complete professional from start to finish. He should be running the whole company!

My sales person was awesome and very helpful and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need . No high pressure sales either

There was no pressure and all my questions were answered and move. I was also helped with other processes as to how to remove old furniture.

Darren has helped us with several pieces of furniture over the years. He is always insightful when it comes to design and layout. We’ve always had a pleasant experience and this trip was no different.

We actually shopped at 2 different R&F stores and had two very different experiences. Went to one close to home looking for an Avocado Green Mattress ranked # 1 by Consumer Reports. Assoicate told us they didn't carry it and showed us many others. (1 Star or less.) I then researched on the Avocado website where I could find an Avocado Green mattress to "try" in CT. Sent me to an R&F store over an hour drive. Ended up buying it there (5 Stars). Can't figure out why the Associate in Store 1 didn't refer us to Store 2 to promote the R&F Brand/Experience rather than focus on his own sale.

Mike, was an extremely patient and professional manager during our new bed purchase process.

Sales let us look around without be bothered but was there to help when we had questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the furniture and answered all of our questions.

Rasheed is an excellent salesman, knowing when to set and when to wait and let use search
