The salesman made shopping a pleasure
What a pleasure it is to go shopping, without a pushy salesman. Mr. Frederick Hall was the most caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly salesman I’ve ever met. He was truly concerned and worked to try and help me find the best chair that was most comfortable for myself.
Besides working with me, and explaining in detail regarding each chair , he also took the time to answer my many questions. Truly a gentleman and a most caring individual. Raymour and Flanigan is lucky to have such a person like Mr. Hall representing them.

I was looking for a daybed for my granddaughter and knew that I would get excellent service from my go-to rep, Hayley Brumm. As a decorator I have had many dealings with Hayley regarding my clients, as well as for my own personal furnishing needs. She is always pleasant to work with, as well as knowledgeable and professional. Hayley knew exactly where to direct me and was able to answer any questions and concerns.

I’d give it zero stars if possible
I’d give it zero stars if possible. Ordered an ottoman for store pickup, received two emails stating it was available for pickup on 12/14. Went to the store 12/16 and it’s not there and nobody has an idea why it’s not there. Gave some bullshit about a shuttle only coming on Monday Wednesday and Friday. Came out in the pouring rain the week before Christmas and this is an huge inconvenience. Asked them to please have it delivered and waive the fee as I have no time to come back and deal with this. They are completely unwilling to work with me.
