A Sales Consultant Who Listened to Me
What I liked more than anything is that the sales consultant greeted me and listened to me. I had seen the item I bought in an email advertisement and I knew exactly what I wanted. At no time was she pushy - she listened, she was able to tell me about the furniture, and I needed a measurement which she did right away. She was able to tell me all about the extended warranty and everything it entailed without being "pushy" about it. I also asked about another item I am considering and she showed me the furniture and again understood that I needed to go home and take measurements and really think about the color choice. If I do decide to buy the sofa, I will only deal with Lisa as she was so helpful to me.

Amanda Vitali Was Amazing
I had just moved to Delaware and was greeting by your sales associate Amanda Vitali who was patient with me, as she took me around to show me different mattresses to fit my needs, and my budget. She was very thorough, and she gave me every detail. Amanda made me feel very comfortable, and I did not feel rushed at all. She surely knows her stuff! I would definitely refer somebody to see Amanda, and of course I would deal with her again. More people should be pleasant like her!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Bought Platinum protection plan. Called store with issue and they told me to call service department. Automated system No one picks up phone. Called store and got asst.mgr who gave some misinformation and he would have customer care contact me Still waiting for call. He said he email store manager with all information. Still waiting for call.

Great and knowledgeable service
I worked with Amanda and her manager Sam on the purchase of some new chairs. Amanda was great and after asking what I was looking for she pointed me in the right direction. The purchases were very easy and terms (special order) clearly stated by Sam and Amanda. They also offered great advice regarding one of the colors I choose. I look forward to more purchase at this store

Juan from the Christiana Delaware location was awesome. He made my girlfriend and I aware of the ongoing promotions, and then allowed us to tour the store without being overly pushy. He was there to answer any questions that we had. Once we purchased the furniture, he made sure that we understood the warranty and delivery procedures, and also mentioned that if we wanted to add anything at any point before delivery, the promotion would still be effective. Great experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Juan!

I am frustrated and disappointed
I am frustrated and disappointed. I bought a basic twin mattress with basic frame and box spring for my daughter. Two days after we bought it I asked if we could return the box spring and frame because her dog crawled under it and it fell apart. The box spring was noisy and we were disappointed with it. I was told Raymour and Flanigan does not allow returns and the best they could do was have someone come out to repair it or exchange it. I honestly don’t want to buy anything else from this store and now am stuck with the items and out $250. Just know you better be very sure of your purchase because you are stuck with it.
