Sales person very nice, let me look around at my own pace, but was always nearby if I had questions

Well I have been apart of the VIP Family for many years. I enjoy 😉 the customer service experience every time I visit your stores. The selection has always been wonderful from modern to traditional 👏 there is something here for everyone from accessories, mix & match, to full sets of furniture. Looking for a new recliner for hubby. Have been a customer for many years. Found many choices BUT also found the perfect recliner!.I m only 5'3" tall and most seat cushions are too long for my legs. This recliner is perfect! My feet don't touch the floor but the seat cushion is perfect for the bend in knees. Love it. Delivery was on time. Delivery men were respectful ,Curteous, and neat!

The company is better the Bobs furniture prices are good too

Trent Butts was an ABSOLUTELY great salesman!! As I was very uncertain as to what I wanted, he took his time in helping me to decide. He definitely went above and beyond!!I will definitely be going back to make more purchases!!

Lin Walters is top notch! She greeted us at the door and gave us time to look around than she answered all our questions and helped us make the sale.
The showroom is very well organized with lot's of variety.

When I arrived at the Deptford store I was greeted by Elise DeMayo she asked me what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable and helpful. As we spoke she excused herself to greet an appointment that had come in and left. I appreciated that she did not hover and let me make my own informed decision. She is an excellent saleswoman and I will definitely return when I need to but my bed in a few weeks. She is a 5 star people person and knows how to make a person relax in making a purchase.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable. Never once was a mention of the Protection Policy plan as well as the Mattress policy plan and costs. But its costs were added to my Salescheck much to my dismay. I noticed the nearly $350 when I got home to review my purchase. Hindsight? It should openly be discussed; prices and policies before the transaction.

It was getting help from the home furnishing & sleep consultant, Alisa Demayo. She understood our needs and helped us get what we needed.

Kathy went out of her way to find just the right bedroom set for me. I knew what I was looking for and she searched until she found it.

Very friendly staff. Great selection and prices. Extremely happy with our purchase. Thank you Sergio, Lin and Mike for making our decision easier.
