Found the perfect new bedroom set and it was delivered on the day I chose and it was handled with great care. Love it! Great customer care team and our salesman Antoine was amazing!

Mike, the salesman was very professional, very knowledgeable about the products, informed us of the details and comparisons and let the products and the facts speak for themselves. He was not pushy and was entirely no pressure in our delays in making a decision and instead was very helpful. The Sales person Iris Levy. Made the shopping experience very good. As senior citizens and a husband with a walking disability, Iris made our visit to the store extremely pleasant. She worked with my wife until my wife found what she wanted in a sofa and chair.

Lisa was so helpful! I explained I needed style comfort and knew exactly what I wanted. She was not pushy. I am very fussy on style and found a recliner sofa that I wanted. I had to get rid of a sofa I had and she explained to us I could put a deposit on it to hold the price and style I wanted. Went to another recliner store and they were over priced. If you need good service GO to R & F.
