Alice was excellent. I had an issue with the Wyomissing store. And Alice stepped in worked everything out. She listened to my problems and went right work to rectify the situation.

We received furniture in what I would consider below average condition. The furniture is missing pieces and is damaged. My sales rep was nice but that’s really the only good thing I can say about this experience
