New mattress and 5” box spring…
New mattress and 5” box spring delivered at the appointed time. Delivery men took most of the old mattress and helped my husband with the pieces which they could not take, to the curb for that day’s trash pickup. They were pleasant and careful of our walls and other furniture.

Just looking
We were looking for a new mattress and not sure what to get and were just looking when we saw Theraputic memory foam and Kim H was very good at helping us what to look for and she helped us select pillows for the bed as well. Good visit to the store. We are already repeat customers from years ago and still satisfied with the service.

Another Great Experience
Our sales person was very helpful. We bought a mattress and pillows in the store and then she assisted us with ordering a headboard and light from their online stock. She got us exactly what we wanted in our price range. Everyone we encountered was very professional and friendly. I have bought many furniture pieces from Raymour & Flanagan over the years and have been very happy with every piece I have purchased.

We had a very nice experience being able to look around at our leisure without being rushed. Nancy was available for questions as we needed and she didn’t pressure us or sway us in any way. She was quite nice. Jonathan , the manager, was very nice to us as well. Much appreciated. Hopefully our delivery experience goes just as well.

Good experience
We went in to look for living room furniture. Michael Roddy was our sales associate. He was pleasant, funny, attentive, and informative. He helped us visualize our setup. Our furniture will be in quickly. Checking out was easy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
