Sharon Praylow was such a big help
Sharon Praylow was such a big help in looking for furniture for my first apartment. She listened to everything I sought and provided suggestions for each item. She was patient the whole way through and truly wanted me to get the best deal and be happy with every piece I chose. She allowed me to take my time looking online for items that were not available in the showroom and helped me order them on top of showroom items. Her warm and friendly personality took the stress out of purchasing the furniture and made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend going to Sharon for all your furniture needs.

Seamless from start to finish. Placed my order yesterday online, and had my new mattress delivered by 10:45 am today. The delivery staff were well prepared and respectful of my home. They removed my old mattress as well. AAAA++++.

Saw item in person first; I am a procrastinator
I initially went to the Garden City store and met Joseph who spent a lot of time helping me select my sofa and loveseat. I just could not order it that day because I was not quite ready for this update. I finally decided to get the set but because of my work schedule it was difficult to get to the store again. I was so happy that the ordering process was so simple and that I could credit Joseph with the sale.

The salesman who was helping me x to be excused for a minute and never came back. I waited and waited and he never showed so I started to walk back to another couch that I was looking at and found a different salesman who helped me. It was definitely not professional

I had a great experience at the Garden City location, but what made it even better was the sales associate Faith. I have been a customer of hers for over 15 years now and she helped me furnished my house with a bedroom, living room, and now 2nd living room set. She is extremely patient, and she knows her inventory. She will make sure you’re making the right purchase from design, style, colors, comfort, and measurements. She will make sure that what you’re buying is the perfect fit for your space. She ask the right questions and is not just interested in making a sale for commission. I walked into the store
I walked into the store, knowing what I wanted, the sales rep made it smooth and easy, He even gave me some good suggestions five stars there, I got a sofa, which is gonna be delivered in a couple of weeks and then will take it from there.
