Jason was a huge help answering a million questions and making some suggestions on how to make the delivery of special order and in stock items easy. He also kept up with letting me know when the furniture would be delivered - a definite plus since the furniture is going to a church rectory where schedules for someone being home vary greatly. I made an online order and when I noticed I hadn’t received my mattresses Jason was able to assist me even though it wasn’t his department. I appreciate him for going above and beyond to meet my needs as a customer.

Found the perfect chofa
I had been searching for a chaise sofa (chofa) for a few months and was fortunate to receive help from Asia R. at the Gateway store, who guided me to the perfect one. The Brynn chaise sleeper is an excellent fit for a small living room. She also recommended the Allure end table, which perfectly complements a TV stand I purchased some time ago. Asia was professional, informative (answered my many questions) and helpful.
The selection and payment process were quick and easy. Delivery arrived just minutes after 8 a.m., and everything was set up in under 15 minutes—with no packaging or trash left behind.
It was an excellent experience.
