No pressure from salesman when entering the showroom. It was great to just browse with my family without having to feel like someone was watching over our shoulder

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE !!! Three things made our purchase happen. First, the staff at the Hanover PA gallery are professional & friendly. We were greeted upon arrival & invited to look over the gallery, we were seeking a new power living room group. No pressure. It is easy to see that these folks are caring, they are great LISTENERS & have full knowledge of the Raymoor & Flanigan item inventory. We were Impressed !!! Monique, Phil & Harsh are fabulous !!! So, initially we hesitated on selection but only because we had so much to consider, as in, which living room group is best for us ... the selection is incredible & on full display in the gallery. Third is price - great prices for high quality items !!! We did leave with brochures on several "maybes". The next day we came back to Hanover, PA and made our purchase. So exciting !!! We got the Premium Protection Plan to protect our purchase. A delivery date was selected. Even got a beautiful room rug & a floor lamp we liked. My wife & I agree that we have found a furniture store with a heart !!!!

Horrible Store manager
Had a horrible experience with store manager Craig! He was absolutely rude and never cared to change his attitude, even when confronting him to tell him to never speak to a customer like that. His response when saying how rude he was and uncalled for was “thank you, anything else?”
That’s when I had it and called him an agole and he responded “thank you”

Phil Grob was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all the items we were interested in purchasing. He went above and beyond to move things around to show us how things could work in our spaces. Very courteous and helpful. We ended up buying a lot more than we initially went out to shop for. The people were great the whole experience was great
There was no pressure when I walked in so I could just look around on my own. Once I found what I wanted the sales associate Hector was a wonderful help got me through everything and just made it an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you very much.

An awesome experience
I was greeted at the door with Smiles. My Salesman Phil was very informative and listened to what i was looking for and helped me find the perfect sofa. The process was quick and easy, even after I changed my order, Thank you Josh!!! The furniture store was inviting and laid out beautifully.
