went in the store, told the sales rep exactly what i was looking for, he showed me what he had, didn't show me things i wasn't looking for like the people at Ashley furniture store did for 45 minutes, I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes with the sale of the item i was looking for, thats a happy customer.

After consistently seeing the ad spousing free delivery I was unpleasantly to find that there is (although small) a charge . Borders on bait and switch.

A piece of the living room set I ordered came up on backorder and she gave me confidence to continue my purchase, and she would get that piece to me ASAP with free delivery.
